Where do you find the self scanners?

Found an out of data SEL but only by a few pence

Has anybody had any luck with R+R in Tesco Extra Doncaster. I want to give it a go this weekend but not sure what to try ( don't want to get something then it not work)

While looking for misprices I noticed that my local tesco has included a yellow SEL with the following in a small font underneat the price "charged at the higher price, where available, between the period xx/x/xxxx to xx/x/xxxx". This was usually on the mp3 players and ipods and I had noticed this in some of the London tescos as well. From last week they have included this policy on to the digital cameras as well.

what does this policy mean and does the R&R apply to this since they are able to charge the higher price ?

These are special offer sel's. Stuff Mr T wants to get rid of. I have yet to find a misprice on any of these ever, so not worth looking at for me.

that's just to let you know the higher price was charged previously, it's not just a made up reduction!

Just read a few posts about the part where R&Rs are refused because some stores have included "at managers discretion" underneath the customer promise.
From an issue that I had earlier when I corresponded with HO through email, the impression that I got was that no changes can be made to the policy by individual stores (even though this was not explicitly said). The concern I am having is that some posters have confirmed that when they called HO they upheld the change. this seems very unfair and surely not HO policy.

I would like to suggest that those who have this included in their local stores to complain through email to HO with a copy to Terry. The fact that some stores have this and others dont seems to be a violation of their standards so a strongly worded complaint might help.
