    BUT there is one slight prob .......
    things taste soooooo much better there is a slight prob with my weight
    trying to sort that though ;)

    there's an Allen Carr book for that too, but the reviews I've seen aren't as positive.

    Thanks Perdita00 and Suzysue and well done to both of you - went to the pub last night so not only spent money but smoked as well:mad:
    Have now ransacked the house and am down to my last four ciggies.
    So will be trying again this this time without the pub!:o

    I'm setting my stop date for the 1st of November after my disgraceful fall from grace I've been smoking for 2 weeks after given up for 7 ! :eek:

    I had the best meal of my life recently at a restaurant. It's not as if I have the room to maneavour in my clothes as it is! :o
