there's an Allen Carr book for that too, but the reviews I've seen aren't as positive.still a SF nerd no.1:o

Thanks Perdita00 and Suzysue and well done to both of you - went to the pub last night so not only spent money but smoked as well:mad:
Have now ransacked the house and am down to my last four ciggies.
So will be trying again this this time without the pub!:oDebt to pay off £22,350:eek:

I had the best meal of my life recently at a restaurant. It's not as if I have the room to maneavour in my clothes as it is!
