    things taste soooooo much better there is a slight prob with my weight

    there's an Allen Carr book for that too, but the reviews I've seen aren't as positive.

    Have now ransacked the house and am down to my last four ciggies.
    So will be trying again this this time without the pub!:o

    I had the best meal of my life recently at a restaurant. It's not as if I have the room to maneavour in my clothes as it is! :o
