Please can you let me know which nights you are in Devon and if the book arrives in time? I will avoid going out those nights!! :rotfl: Good luck, I am sure you will do well BB.
I'm back. And... still not smoking! :j Easy peasy thanks to Mr Carr. Sorry to hear it doesn't work for some. Mr Hello stopped on Saturday night and he is having a tough time too, the book has not worked for him. Since Saturday he has had 1 cigarette  and had to buy nasty old lozenges, but frankly I would prefer permanent lozenges to the tar in the cigs.
Good luck everyone.:T

Hey, hows everyone going? Still full of cold - probably good in a way because even if I felt like a cigarette I wouldn't want one as I never smoked when I was ill.
Keep it up guys.:T0 -
Hi I've finally found the courage to join MSE and post a reply after reading this thread. Have wasted thousands  on Ciggies over the last two decades and quit several dozen times only lasting a few hours most times. Having read how well you are all doing, I've been inspired so I'm going to have my last Ciggie this afternoon and not buy any more. Reckon there's some NRT in a cupboard from my last attempt
Good Luck everyone and Thanks for providing me with the inspiration:TDebt to pay off £22,350:eek:
