Stopping smoking - yes again!

  • Hello all, well done to all those who are still going strong.

I'm afraid I'm smoking again, which is why I've been lurking and not posting.
I think I've read the Alan Carr book too many times now and have become desensitized to what he's saying (I don't like his style of writing either).

So, I've just ordered a copy of the Neil Casey book (thanks for the recommendation TNG and others) and we'll see how that goes.
I like the idea that he provides you with a technique to use when the urge strikes.

I'm on holiday next week so I'm hoping the book arrives in time and I can take it with me.

I'll let you know how I get on.
  • Good luck Boatie_Bird. X

Neil Casey's book looks like the one for me as well.

    Excellent!

Tell you what I'll do. Seeing as I was the one who has been plugging Neil Casey - seeing as this was the one that worked for me - anyone who buys it and it doesn't work, I will refund their money. Don't quite know how, but it is a genuine offer, so you really have NOTHING to lose
