Stopping smoking - yes again!

1/2 way through AC book. Will be having my last ciggie this evening. I had thought about stopping before reading but everyone I spoke to said to carry on while I'm reading. I'm a fast reader so it doesn't really matter. Tomorrow morning I will wake up a non-smoker.

Did anyone who read the AC book get annoyed how he repeated himself word for word quite alot - I know this is probably to get his point across properly but sometime when I haven't marked which page I'm on I'll start reading only to realise I'm reading the wrong bit !! lol

Yes, it is repetitive but that's part of how it works... just go with it.

nearly 24 hours for me now

I am SO proud of myself

this is the longest in my smoking life i have ever gone without

There has definitely been moments when I could have done with them, and this evening me and OH were at each others throats a bit. But we'll get through it :beer:

I'm feeling great. I also feel lots of nice anticipation. Can't really explain it.

OH is going to get in from work in about 1/2 hour. He hasn't finished AC yet so will still be smoking.... I don't think this will bother me though. I think I genuinley am feeling good about not having one.
