Probably not. But on the other hand - it proves your lungs are habitable now...youngandreckless wrote:Anyway, will be back on properly once recovered I'm knackered and going back to bed x

Squirreltufty why don't you put the money aside that you used to spend on the dreded weed and stick it in a money box then each week pay the money into bank or building society savings account.
If you bank with someone that has Internet banking open a savings account and transfer the money each day then your sig could be updated eachday to show the balance of your account.
Any saving that I make goes to my mortgage to reduce the term.
I put £30 a week into it from not smoking. (Only a small amount because I overpay by around £500 to £900 a month.) But it all helps.
To get back to smoking things my Mouth tastes like a Gorillas armpit this morning. First time that has happened since I stopped.3.795 kWp Solar PV System. Capital of the Wolds0 -

Actually, I need to change my sig because I do know where it's gone, this month at least. (EDIT: sig now changed)
I've wiped out my overdraft and increased the amount going into my ISA by £150 / month, but I also appear to have increased the amount going into another account by £100 per month (oops - didn't mean to do that). Plus I've spent about £200 this month on 'rewards' for stopping smoking.
Hopefully my spending patterns will reach a new equilibrium once I get used to my changed circumstances.
