    so he had ONE cigarette yesterday. Improvement on 20 I must say!

    Well done to everyone who has stopped smoking, and good luck to all of you who are planning to give up in the future. I too have stopped. Its been neary 3 weeks now and the only time I want one is at night when I am bored but hopefully that will pass soon. Once again good luck every one. :T
