Not gonna kid you its easy - but you can do it (Blimey - I did and my willpower is very questionable!!). Immoral_angel says it all - what if it was someone close to you???? (My giving up was cos I was in a similar situation)
I did it 113 days ago - and haven't looked back (apart from the times people at work go out for a smoking break;people on telly light up;i am stressed/happy/upset!)
More than willpowwer - I know Allan Carr's book will help you - but most of all you'll stop becaue you both want to ..................oh yes - and it SMELLS and is expensive (apart from all the sad stuff!)

shortly I will smoke my last cigarette, and wake up tomorrow a FREE LADY!!!!
I can't wait to be honest. I am dead serious about this!
the book does make you see smoking for what it really is.
