Must be mad - I'd go to the auction house to get verification and the big collectors.

I'd have done a supersize picture so buyers can examine the signature etc. IMHO the description undersells the item.

Putting my cynical and suspicious hat on.

Unless the OP knows it's not a real letter and this way they can at least get some money for it.

That's if they want them to see the signature.

I must admit most people if they believed it was real would get it verified as Elvis Presley Memorabilia especially personal things go for a lot of money.

Apologies if I sound overly suspicious I just find it very strange that anyone who believed they had a letter from Elvis Presley wouldn't spend a little time getting its authenticity verified.

If i'm looking at the correct auction then i read that auction as saying 'this is a pretend Elvis letter, I know it isn't real otherwise I wouldn't be selling it here' pay whatever you want as I can at least then state with honesty 'I never said it was real'.

If there was even the slightest chance this was real then I assume you would have taken the very good advice offered by people on this thread. Listing it as you have I now assume you know it is fake.

EDIT: Your postage is wrong as well, the cheapest special delivery is £5.05.

have to say I agree with Bob and Soo, why would anyone in possession of a genuine letter not take the trouble to get it authenticated and sell it in a London Autograph sale rather than ebay? A COA from an auction house could add thousands to it so if I came across this on ebay I'd instantly think "yeah right"
