    Good day today

Lost another inch from the hips, half an inch each from my calves and arm and stayed the same everywhere else. Just need to lose one or two more inches from my waist and all is done!

Have now lost the total of 14 inches!
    4.5 inches from my hips
    1.5 inches from my thighs
    2 inches from my calves
    1.5 inches from upper arm
    2.5 from chest
2 or 3 from the waist - I measured the wrong section for a few months - never mind!

Result! Just need to lose another half a stone and I'll be at my target!

Was a NSD today as had taken the uni money out on Fri to use today and stuck to train fare and 2 drinks which was the plan.

Struggling to stick to 1200kcals at the moment so will try and stick to 1300 and not feel too down about it. Still pretty hungry after tea so off for a little snack and a cup of tea

Trying hard to keep the heating off this week and next week until 1st Nov

Not sure if I can do it but will try really hard to get there.

Appreciated a hot tea last night and will always do this with some hot food while the heating is off. Had the really nice leek and potato soup for lunch today and spent a bit of time tonight looking for another recipe for lunches next week. Have some sweet potatoes to use up so its spicy sweet potato to try next and some bacon and lentil. Will have enough to freeze and use up for the next few weeks.

Right then, today bought a few bits from Mr T's as really needed a break from work this afternoon. Felt a bit bunged up later on and nearly talked myself out of a run tonight then on the way home the sky was bright blue and the sun was still out on its way down for sunset and I thought to myself I'd better go as it was still light and clear and I'd better take advantage of the light nights before the clocks change. So out I went and completed the second lot of speed intervals. Onto week 3 on Friday.

Had a few good compliments today about how slim I looked and how much weight I'd lost. Looks like its becoming more noticeable so maybe I've lost a bit more when I get weighed on Friday

I am now layered up to keep warm and cosy without the heating on - only 12 days to go!

Pretty good day today. Boring day at work and cheered myself up with a new wool dress from Mr T's with 25% off making it a bargain price. In grey and retro knitted design and should look good with thick tights and my new grey boots. I'll try it out at the weekend for a test run

Then collected 2 bags full of jars from a freecycler which are much appreciated by me for some chutney making and I've needed some jars for ages.

Then called into HB on the way back and picked up 2 trays of pansies for 99p each, 1 tray of violas for 49p, 2 trays of primroses for £1.49 each and a shrub for £1.99. Very nice indeed and will be planting out in some tubs and baskets at the weekend if its dry

Just trying to work out if I can get up, go for a run, come back, dash around getting ready for work, drive to the uni library collect some books and get to work on time. Hmm can I do it? Let me see!

No chance of fitting a run in before work today. Had to dash out early to get to the library first. Oh well, picked out 11 books to flick through for the assignment and have left running stuff out to go after work today.

Plan is dash home, take out Mr Dog and then run and then flop down for a bit before leftover curry for tea.

Got weighed today and weight has stayed the same. Boo! Think I must be easing off on some of the kcal counting over the last 2 weeks so better get a grip and keep going for this final 5lbs. thought I might have lost some this week with all the exercise but no. Anyway have readjusted the diet plan to try and stay on target today after not doing yesterday with the dreaded downfall of a bag of liquorice torpedoes doing for me with an extra 500+ kcals. Whoops! Must try harder!

I think I'm coming down with a huge cold. My nose has been running on and off for the last few weeks, and the last 2 weeks I have had a little cough and tickly throat. All of which didn't turn into a cold and I didn't feel run down. Felt a little off colour on Wed but then ok after some fresh air. Plus have felt quite tired at times but nothing new there really. Anyway this afternoon could feel my throat starting to burn and started to feel pretty rough. Shoeved down 2 cold tabs pretty quickly and it took the symptoms off a little.

So plans are altered to no run today, and maybe none this weekend if I don't feel better tomorrow or Sunday. Lots of slobbing around, will make a big pan of easy soup tomorrow and stick a loaf onto bake so I have some easy meals to eat should I feel worse.

Not feeling too great at the moment and have had an early tea and will be off for an ealy night to get some sleep in the warm suggly flannel bedding.

Hopefully I'll feel better tomorrow and it'll be 'just one of those things'. Let's see how I feel in the morning after a lie in - first one in a long time!
