Hmm, went over a bit in the end eating up the last bit of blackberry and apple pie leftover from yesterday. Then also spruced up the leftover stew with a yorkshire pudding. This didn't take me too far over but the pie probably did. Oh well, never mind. Was better than eating a couple of choccie bars and biscuits. Plus it used up some of the free apples and the free blackberries from the freezer. Very nice indeed! Only a bit of pastry on the top so maybe not too bad really.

Will go for a run tomorrow as starting to feel a bit lethargic with no exercise at all for a week

House ins sorted getting the price down from £40 to £23 so that's one job done. Also did some work on the dissertation proposal today and its starting to come together a bit more.

Looks like a lot of leftovers eating up this week with the last portion of stew to eat up tomorrow with lots of veg. Veg veg and more veg this week and lots and lots of fruit!

NSD 4/15 and 2 in a row. Trying to get another in tomorrow

Running went well tonight and it felt good to get back out there after a week off. Went much better on the ziggurat staircase run than the first time so that always nice to notice improvements.

Just before I nip off for a yoghurt and a cuppa I got another NSD in today making it 4 and 3 in a row

Did feel quite tempted last night after the run to open the bottle of wine in fridge and have a glass. Glad I decided against it and the recognition if I opened it I would have it for the rest of the week. Meaning I'm up before the birds today and feeling pretty good!

Tonight I will be taking the dog for a long walk and collecting some sloes I found on my run last night. I thought I was too late for them but there were still loads aound. Plus the long walk will count as todays exercise - bonus!

Looks like today should be a NSD again which is a double bonus!

Printed off 2 Christmas cake recipes yesterday, will have a look and see what I have in and what is still left to get ready to make in a couple of weeks time

Sloes collected in the mizzley rain. Both me and the dog were soggy as a result. managed to collect 750g which I'm pretty pleased with as my bag split on one of the sharp branches. Have enough for me and some left over for a friend to make a small bottle too in return for all the free apples I've had.

Did a training session today at work which went very well and then scuttled off for a treat afterwards so not a NSD today afterall.

Went a little over the kcal allowance today, did an hours walking afterwork with the dog for the sloes and should even back out a bit now.

Well its time to have a look at the recipes and then its time for bed!

Not much going on here. Dissertation proposal going well and about 1/2 way done now and incorporated some of the feedback comments in to simplify it some more. Feels like its making more sense at last! Will attempt some more over this weekend and submit another draft next week.

Was going to go for a run tonight but decided against it when I got in, could not be bothered in the end. Will deffo go tomorrow though to make up for the non run tonight and the over kcal allowance this week.

Trying to stay on track tomorrow and will be having a low fat stir fry with rice for tea to make amends for today. Might manage to fit in a custard slice tomorrow if I can squeeze on into the allowance!

Happy happy happy! Got up and went for a run before work. It went really well and ran for an hour. Nice one! Plus the exercise is done for today!

Right 2 loads of washing on the line in the hope it dries today while I'm at work, and its time to get ready and go!

No weight loss this week which isn't too surprising considering I've gone over the kcal allowance for most of this week. No custard slice today then as I aim to stay on track and stick to the kcal allowance for today

Well today I did all my food and cupboard shopping for the week ahead.

Fresh fruit and veg in Mr M's then popped into Mr S for a bottle of gin to use for the sloe gin this weekend and picked up a few bits. Well quite a few bits. Half price dental off so stocked up for a good few months, half price deoderants and stocked up again for a few months. Also stocked up on the bargain basics multivits for 342 at 40p for 30 making it a whopping 80p for 90 multivits or 3mths worth! To think what I used to pay for vits and the vit content is exactly the same as more expensive brands.

Not much else to report apart from

    Christmas savings plans
Aiming for £30-35 in Mr M stamps
    Have £24 in nectar points
    £32 in LV
Total by Dec - £91 for Christmas treaty spends - more than enough and enough to get a lovely bottle of spiced rum in the Christmas offers!
