    Woah! Oh am I pleased!

I got weighed today and have now lost 1st and 1lb in total. Meaning I have now readjusted my target to a new one so instead of having 2lbs left it is now at 5lbs left to go.

I decided to do this as the loss has gone so well over the last 2 months (5mths in total) and to give me 3lb leeway for Christmas if needed!

Let me see how I get on with this new target. I wanted to lose a stone for about the last 10yrs and have finally got there at long last with good old fashioned diet and exercise and am pleased as punch that I have got there at last and I have regained my figure and gained more fitness! Yipee!

Not much else to report apart from not much exercise this week as have felt pretty run down and tired. I'll have a go at the exercise dvds this weekend and plan for a run on Monday and pick the runs up again next week when I should feel better

Tomorrow is rugby watching and assignment writing in the morning followed by who knows, cleaning, shopping and tidying up the garden, whoppidoo!

Have made 4 jars of Nigel Slaters chutney using half the toms out of the garden and the rest have gone into another recipe for green tomato chutney which should be ready in about an hour

Then its onto some super exciting cleaning and tidying up as its chucking it down outside putting the garden tidy up on hold for a while

Early start tomoz with getting up to watch the rugby then sticking another loaf onto bake, take food out of freezer, hoover house, do ironing, tidy up garden if all ok to and weather not chucking it down like today. Then see if can summon up some energy to exercise, make soup and thats about it before a rather delish sunday lunch with great company :D

Well here I am after quite a few glasses of wine feeling quite pleased that I have downbranded on my hair conditioner from a £40 1L size bottle to a £4.99 1L size and it suits my hair pretty well. Was so tempted to size up to the £40 1L size bit decided against it and thought about trying the one I found and it seems to be ok so far. Which means it costs 10% of the first one.

Just enjoying listening to an old school style track from 1992 - oh happy days and memories from almost 20yrs ago. How times change as time goes on

I am banning myself from youtube and from any more alcohol for the rest of the month. Seems I shouldn't have bought that wine on offer from Mr Ts - to tempting at the weekend especially when I don't drink that often. It knocks it out of me! That's it for October, need to wake up perky not groggy!

Anyway loaf is on in the breadmaker and I'm about to get ready and do some garden tidying up before the rain arrives

Then its onto some soup making from what I have in, sort out timings for tea, hoover house and clean LR, oh and iron.

Then take the dog for a long walk and count that as exercise for today THEN have a rest and plan diet for next week to get back on track after this weekend!

Hmmm didn't get much of the dissertation done this weekend, never mind will catch up a bit this week and there will be no putting it off this time as need to get a draft in pretty sharpish

    Hello lady,

really really well done with the size & weight reduction :T. You have worked so hard & earned every bit of your achievement.

I agree that too much boozing is not conducive to being bright & brilliant in the morning. It also has the effect of making we want snacks to go with it.

I finished the last of the tonic in the bottle last night, so am abstaining for a while.

Hope you have a lovely walk with dogster :D

Right onwards and upwards with the rest of the list to go in the next hour

Tidied up a lot of the garden this morning which looks a lot better now

Off to do some ironing then tackle some more cooking. Have made 6 portions of vegetarian minestrone soup for lunches next week with everything in the fridge and cupboard so little cost incurred there.

Will make some more this week, maybe parsnip or leek and potato - will see whats around mid week

Ok, so I didn't run or exercise this weekend AND I didn't do any uni work.
    Whoops!

Better get back on track again to keep up with the weight loss otherwise it will be going the other way, which it better not be.

Remember, still have 5lbs to go and then can move into maintainence stage.
