Good day today

Nearly talked myself out of going for a run and decided to go after some discussion with a friend about how we almost talk ourselves out of it in our heads! Friend then told me I was looking great and all my hard work was paying off!

Went for a 6 mile run and completed my final 19 minute interval session. Next set is the final set of intervals before the run - 2 x 25 min intervals.

Handcream arrived today to go into the Christmas Hamper and a couple of little recipe books I ordered that cost around £1.20.

Might try out some of the casserole recipes at the weekend to use up some of the freezer stocks

Oh boy! Who's idea was it to go to circuits outside? Oh yes, mine!

Wow that was hard work and relentless and ruthless and hard work and tiring and leaving me breathless - and I thought I was pretty fit with all that running! Was good fun though in the rain and dusk. nice to push myself in a way I never do when I'm running. So, I will be going back next week. I expect I'll be aching away tomorrow but it's worth it in the end - slim the belly down and away with running and circuits and it will go with all of this. I'll get better and won't be at the back all the time on the evil hill runs

Amongst all of this I managed another NSD = 5/18 now

Managed to wake up not aching as expected after circuits. However did start aching a little while ago. Not to worry. Having a couple of days off exercise then some more walking at the weekend and if not some running.

Managed to snaffle 5000 cc points + a £50 giftcard which can use and get another 1000 points today by upgrading my phone to a smartphone/touchscreen phone which looks like it will take some getting used to! Feel a bit of a technophobe all of a sudden, not like I used to! Better read up on it a little to get used to it!

Well what else to report, not too much really. Getting another delivery of apples tomorrow to make some more chutney and stuff. Craving some nice food. Might just see what's in

Sooooooooooooooooooooooo excited!

Just had a mosey on the BA website and I think I can make it to India with the clubcard points converted into BA miles and then paying a bit towards it! I hope I've worked it out right. Think I have but still not too sure? Anyway, if I have it means.......

Yeah - it's real, I can get there - just need to save up for the places to stay now!
