As the sun is out and its a bit nippy outside I think I will drag myself up to sweep and mop the floors then that's one less job to do at the weekend.
just had a mosey on my diet forum for some diet get up and go as craving to eat some stodge today - must be the cold virus making me feel this way out.
Can't wait to feel better and get back to some exercise again
Diet update
Now I have lost 10lbs I thought to myself - 'oh well I'm nearly there now just 4 more to go' after my adjusted target. Then tried on the new bikini last night and thought who was I kidding? Keep going for the original target which is 7lbs to go.
I changed the target because I never thought I would get there with how slow the weight was coming off. Then over the last 2 months half a stone has come off. Bizarrely over the last 2 weeks I have had so many comments about losing weight and looking good I am starting to lose count! So have had a think about things and decided to go for it and aim for my first original target.
Hoping to get there by Christmas by continuing to run, exercise by walking and circuits and or spinning and continuing to maintain the changes in my diet by still focussing on eating lots of vegetables and fruit. Treats are allowed so long as I stick to the calorie allowance. On a different note, my earrings arrived today and on first insepection, did not look as glam or as expensive as expected but they feel good quality and look very nice indeed. Am wearing them for a while as I decide if they are keepers or notfinal unsecured debt to repay currently £8333Proud to be Dealing With my DebtDFW Nerd 1154 Long Haul 1550 -
Autumnal feeling today - autumn weight duvet changeover day as could feel the temperature changing over the last couple of weeks. Looks like the clothes changeover will be due shortly too. Autumn eczema starting as usual on my hands for a week or 2
Lots of rest required for me tomorrow to get over this virus and cold. Just need to pop out for the weekly shop - not much else
Then really need to crack on with the dissertation proposal which is due in at the end of Oct - eek! It's almost here!
Right then must have a look for a nice casserole recipe to put onto cook tomorrow after a surprisingly tasty tea with a suitable amount of stodge!final unsecured debt to repay currently £8333Proud to be Dealing With my DebtDFW Nerd 1154 Long Haul 1550 -
Found a good recipe to try out for tea tonight - chuck it all in a pan and cook in the oven so not too much to do there!
Feel a little better today and just deciding whether to go out early for some shopping or leave a bit - how exciting eh? Sad my weekend plans had to change at the last minute due to this. Nevermind its more important to rest than run myself ragged again then can fly around next week hopefully. Can't see me being up to much today apart from a little bit of cooking later on to cheer myself up - so long as its easy to do.
Also caved in to a cheap(ish) summer dress last night - hoping it looks as good in real life then I can pop it away in the summer clothes draw for next year. If not it can go back. Still deciding about the earrings. they are really comfortable and feel really good quality. Can't work out why I am undecided, need to see them on with some nice clothes instead of pjs!
Miserable day here today which makes me want to stay in and drink tea and eat biscuits all day!
Might update my christmas lists later on to see what presents I still have to buy and then plan this over the next month or 2.final unsecured debt to repay currently £8333Proud to be Dealing With my DebtDFW Nerd 1154 Long Haul 1550 -
Casserole was lovely with dumplings and lots of veg and 2 glasses of red wine.
Weather looks pretty rubbish for tomorrow so no gardening jobs I think so will have a look at my list and then add on a couple of jobs to do. Starting to feel a bit better now after some happy dust sprinkled upon me.
Then off to bed in a little while in my lovely cosy autumn weight duvet for a couple of months before the winter layer gets added on with lovely warm and cuddly flannel beddingfinal unsecured debt to repay currently £8333Proud to be Dealing With my DebtDFW Nerd 1154 Long Haul 1550 -

Just checked out another exercise class
options are
Continue running now at 6miles - increase up to 13.1 miles by Spring 2012 - use training plan
Then either
1 x urbanfit and 1 x spinning and 3 x run
1 x urbanfit and 1 x spinning and 2 x run - not really this as need to run 3 times per week apart from Dec onwards with the dark nights and weather!
Or 1 x urbanfit and 3 x run
Or 1 x spinning and 3 x run
Cost per class is £4.60 per class therefore 2 classes = £9.20 per week = £36.80 per month. Now 2 classes per week looks very expensive for the month. Let's see if there is a cheaper way of doing this.
Hmm, looks like there is....
If I join the monthly DD scheme it will come in at
£288 for the year instead of £441.60
If join this month comes in at 2mths free meaning the cost for 12mths is £240 = £20 per month and then £5 per week and £2.50 per class opposed to £4.60 per class meaning I can get 2 classes almost for the price of 1.
3mths membership = £85 which is £28.33 per month
Looks like a good deal and I will use it unlike when I was a member of a gym before and never ever went for ages. At least this one is in walking distance and easy for me to get to. Off I toddle tomorrow to the sports centre to enquire
I will enquire as it looks pretty good going at this amoutn and all I need to do is cut back on my grocery spending by £20 per month to free it upfinal unsecured debt to repay currently £8333Proud to be Dealing With my DebtDFW Nerd 1154 Long Haul 1550 -
I also had a nice letter from the bank today with my saving statement - meaning it can go towards a hollibobs - either india or uk.

Feeling better today - yipee!
Not much planned for today, apart from concocting something from all the apples outside! Trying hard to stay around the calorie allowance for today but highly tempted to make some apple muffins.
Could freeze them and just have one?
Happily got some nice post yesterday the Liz Earle newsletter with 3 samples of the new skin tint included. Looking forward to trying it out and see how it compares to my other tinted moisturiser which I am really happy with.
What else. Read elsewhere on here about how low some feel and how they know they are not taking care of themselves. I know how that feels and when I think about it now that time feels a long time ago in the past and the door is firmly closed on that period of time in my life.
I started to take more care of my appearance once the eczema cleared - because I wanted to do not because of any other reason. I had all these things in the cupboard and drawers that I didn't use - skincare make up etc etc. Now I'm happily working my way what I can use.
End result is feeling so much better about myself by using what I have stored away, wearing some of the jewellry I have, wearing clothes I can fit into now instead of buying new, wearing shoes I have instead of the same pair over and over.
Took little steps to get there but it was the losing weight and exercise that really made all the difference. So I will lose that final 7lb and get to where I want to get too.
Right, its time to decide what to do today, can't be bothered to go to town so I think I'll potter about at home instead today having a little dream about a holiday I would like to go on next yearfinal unsecured debt to repay currently £8333Proud to be Dealing With my DebtDFW Nerd 1154 Long Haul 1550
