Changes to Exercise plan
After had a week off due to cold virus thing its funny how quick the routine can disappear again so I am being firm with myself and I will run on the following days
Mon - run
Wed - run in the morning
Fri - run
Sun - run 10k non stop day
Important day on Sunday as I finally reach my running goal and finish the podrunner interval training programme
Important week - exercise again and complete the final week of interval training to get to the big day on Sunday.
Then will have completed the 2nd interval training programme before the next stage on the half marathon training programme.
All goes towards the plan of the final 7lbs to lose. Updated the diet plan to reflect the original target and my target date is end Oct. Will be trying very hard to get there.
Except gone over the kcal allowance today - not by that much but hey tomorrow's another day to get back on track again. Plus I have burnt off 857 kcal from the target of 200 kcal so don't feel too guilty about that!final unsecured debt to repay currently £8333Proud to be Dealing With my DebtDFW Nerd 1154 Long Haul 1550 -
Mon, Tues and Wed plan
Washing
Mon - Run
Rest day Tues
Tues - kitchen clean, collect courgettes prep lasagne
Washing out looks like a fine day
Wed - run
Warm up leftovers for tea
Thurs - rest day
Thurs - clean LR, BR and BR - break into 30 min segments to complete
Fri - run day and collapse after work
Sat - town
Sun - garden, sort out apples for once and for all by this date
and finally.....
I will stop buying reduced items because they are reduced and going into the freezer.
I will eat what I have in the freezer and free up some space
I will eat more pasta as I have a lot
I will continue to buy what I need - fruit, veg, milk and yoghurts and cheese
I will see a reduction in my food shopping allowances
I will start to see some space in the freezer
This is where I need to get to - stop spending for the sake of it and use up what I have.
Let me see how I get on by the end of the month - leg of lamb anyone!final unsecured debt to repay currently £8333Proud to be Dealing With my DebtDFW Nerd 1154 Long Haul 1550 -

OK then what is there to report today?
Went to see TTSS last night on orange wed and what a great film that was - a totally gripped cinema audience that did not make a sound for over 2hrs! Will be buying this on DVD when it comes out.
Work today and a run after work. Felt really tired today after an emotional day yesterday, nearly didn't go and even though I cut it short by about half a mile I was glad I went overall. Plus it means I can have tomorrow off!
2 LSD rather than NSD. Spent £3.65 at the cinema and £1.35 today on a hot chocolate caved in for to cheer me up this afternoon.
Who knows what tomorrow will bring. However Sat will bring a lot of rugby watching and maybe some courgette lasagne making if I can procure one!final unsecured debt to repay currently £8333Proud to be Dealing With my DebtDFW Nerd 1154 Long Haul 1550
