Phew, physio went well today and the muscles were no where near as bad as I thought they might be. That's good and will be going back for more in 3mths time. Am ok to keep running and have registered for some fitness pay as you go classes. Will try them out over the next couple weeks - a circuit one first then maybe some spinning. Happily my nice physio noticed I had lost weight too - yeah :j
Just waiting for a curry to finish cooking for tea then tuck into that, smells nicefinal unsecured debt to repay currently £8333Proud to be Dealing With my DebtDFW Nerd 1154 Long Haul 1550 -
Deffo decided a trip to India around Nov or Dec 2012 to see if I can catch up with the cricket matches - who knows but will see if I'm there the same time in the same place
Just ordered a new pair of running trainers as I can feel mine have had it after a years hard pounding the pavements - just shows how shouldn't really have 2 spiced rum and cokes and then a browse. Still they are needed and am looking forward to them arriving as mind felt a lot less cushioned on the last few runs. Looks like will need to replace them every 6mths or so next year if I continue running like I have this year.
At least they came in £10 less than in the shops...........
Have been bouncing around the room the rave - nice reminders of jungle from the old rave days....bizarrely could see how my fitness has improved as this would usually have me breathless but not tonight! Oh well, bouncing around to rave and not out of breath due to running and fitness improvements, how time changes over the last 20yrs!final unsecured debt to repay currently £8333Proud to be Dealing With my DebtDFW Nerd 1154 Long Haul 1550 -
Aww the memories on you tube - really shouldn't look for 20yrs ago or just a bit less raving and clubs. Slight intoxication - better log off now and watch TV!final unsecured debt to repay currently £8333Proud to be Dealing With my DebtDFW Nerd 1154 Long Haul 1550

Morning fedupandskint,
great news that physio is working well for you.
I agree re food prices, it's quite scary really & what annoys me most is that it's simpel good food that is going up, there's always junky type stuff available cheaply.
I like the sound of your India trip more & more, have you got a fund up & running yet ?
Happy weekend

Morning!
A little groggy this morning after last night but not too bad really! Trainers are on their way apparently, looking forward to their arrival and trying them out. Off to visit mum today and have a coffee out somewhere.
I just need to find something suitable for tea now that fits in with the calorie allowance - pizza anyone?final unsecured debt to repay currently £8333Proud to be Dealing With my DebtDFW Nerd 1154 Long Haul 1550 -
Hi Lula,
Have kind of got one fund up and running which is an online saving a/c, plus another one which has needs some funds popping in it. Think I'll start in Novemeber and give myself a chance first to stock up a bit for winter and get the christmas present buying done by thenfinal unsecured debt to repay currently £8333Proud to be Dealing With my DebtDFW Nerd 1154 Long Haul 1550 -
Had a good day out with mum who bought me some new grey long boots from M+S for my birthday. They are zip up ones and for once they zipped up! Mum asked me straight away if I wanted them for my birthday in 6 weeks time as they looked nice. I decided I would as they were a good price, will get a lot of wear and they fitted. Plus I'm in the ultra popular size 6 which disappear rapidly in shoes.
Have a nice low heel meaning they are good to walk around in and will look great with opaques and my denim grey pencil skirt and a slim jumper. Nice result
Then popped up to the farm shop/garden centre for lunch and a walk round and bought a kg of damsons to make some chutney or jam or gin out of. Let me see how much I can get out of a kg for £3.30!final unsecured debt to repay currently £8333Proud to be Dealing With my DebtDFW Nerd 1154 Long Haul 1550 -

Really enjoying watching Pulp tonight @Reading. Happy 1990's reminders again for a nostalgic music weekend!
They looked a little nervous to begin with and now have the audience eating out of their hands and look like they are really enjoying themselves now. And this song is great live - sunrise. Welcome the sun in at sunrise after leaving part of your brain in that field never to go home again
