Hello,
just caught up with your activities.
Excellent result with the inch loss :T. If you're running it all off then you're probably converting some of the flab into lovely lean muscle, which is heavier.
It's how you feel & look that matters, not the numbers.
Love your holiday idea too - I have recently been thinking about starting a holiday fund for next year. I've not had one for the last 2 years & it's very apparent; didn't get away at all last summer & this year most of it went on the CC.
Must get on it right away, enjoy your week end

Morning Lula
I think it might be converting flab into muscle - that's what lots people have said after the inch losses and I have now lost 6lbs - taken 3 months to do this! Not exactly falling off me!
Today is maybe popping up to fill the car up with liquid gold and pop into argos later to collect a couple of things if I decide to get them. Most of the day will be listening to the cricket and some gardening - digging up plants, moving plants and digging over to create some space for the tree felling early next year and then can move on with this section of the garden
Maybe a small amount of cleaning too - how exciting! Mind you, I have just come back from a 6mile run on 4 x 14min intervals and 4 x 1 minute recovery intervals. Went ok, 3rd interval felt myself flagging but managed to drag myself around to the end. Another 2 to go on this interval - lets hope the fitness improves a bit more over the next 2 weeks.final unsecured debt to repay currently £8333Proud to be Dealing With my DebtDFW Nerd 1154 Long Haul 1550 -
Had a bit of a rest after the run this morning and am just about to get up and go outside into the garden - some recovery that!
In the meantime have meal planned for the weekend - thai steamed salmon tonight with veg and tomorrow indian spiced shepherd's pie and spiced greens to try for the first time. Sounds nice and have calculated the kcal allowance so as long as I don't heap too much onto my plate should be ok!
Also accounted for a lovely strawberry tartlet for tea - after all can't make it all frugality with eating!
Blimey I'm tired now but the TMS is making me laugh this morning!final unsecured debt to repay currently £8333Proud to be Dealing With my DebtDFW Nerd 1154 Long Haul 1550 -

Flop about for a rest and catch up on The Hour

Gardening for 3 hours including lots of digging up and sawing and chopping down
Quick garden tidy up and plant water and feed
Washing all dry outside
Bedding changed
Not much other cleaning going on and filled half car up with liquid gold and then popped into Sainsbugs for some coriander and couple of other things ready for tomorrows tea. Decided to not go to spargos, will see if are still in stock next weekend and try again for a fleece and jacket.
Enjoying this Test Series even more, wish I could get to a match. Might investigate one at some stage

Garden jobs competed and feet and face pampered
Tea was gorgeous which is a good job as there are enough leftovers for the next 2 days!

Today has been quite productive in some ways:
Work
6 mile run
watered plants
NSD 11/15
Washing dried on line like cardboard!
Lovely leftovers for tea
Time for a rest now and stretch off for legs to recover - that was pretty hard going at times but I did it!final unsecured debt to repay currently £8333Proud to be Dealing With my DebtDFW Nerd 1154 Long Haul 1550 -
Crab Apple Vodka
- Wash 10-20 crabapples and cut them in halves. Leave the skin on.
- Put them in a clean glass jar with tight-fitting lid.
- Cover with clear, unflavoured vodka - 40% alcohol content (80 proof).
- Let steep for 8-10 weeks or more - in a dark place at room temperature, 18-20°C (64-68°F).
- Shake lightly and taste it from time to time.
- Strain and filter your infusion into a clean glass bottle or jar with tight-fitting lid.
- Store (age) for a couple of months in a dark place at room temperature before serving.
Serve your crabapple schnapps at room temperature in suitable glasses. And remember to keep your schnapps bottle tightly closed and in a dark place before and between servings.

Felt very fed up yesterday after receiving a letter from the bank - hmmm. Also a refund for half price of a pair of walking boots that crippled me so much I could hardly walk in them, finally gave up on them. Oh well at least its better than being stuck with a pair I can't wear without being in agony. Another marathon fitting session coming up again then to have another go at finding a new pair.
Feel better today, didn't sleep that great but had a nice lie in this morning.
Going to take the dog for anice walk and try some foraging if the apples are ready then come back to have a go at apple cide butter, apple and blackberry jelly and crab apple jelly and vodka.
Will report back later with what I found.
Won't be a NSD today as need to pick up a few bits for the preserving but should be tomorrowfinal unsecured debt to repay currently £8333Proud to be Dealing With my DebtDFW Nerd 1154 Long Haul 1550
