Went for a run after work. A bit weird really because I felt I was running quite slow which I expected due to the at least 3 weeks off and only going out a few times in the last 2mths

Well the surprise was - I was running properly lifting my legs up higher and my legs felt stronger, still felt quite slow. Got back and ran it in 38mins which is only a few mins slower than best time.

Looks like the strengthening exercises are paying off nicely and once I get back running again the combination should work well.

Nice to run out and back and not get back feeling I should really get reading and studying or catching up on housework before the weekend to free up time.

Nice chat at work about Jillian Michaels DVDs - going to take the ones in lent to me for a long time back to their rightful owner and get a set for me to continue the work I've been doing

Pleased tonight - 6week 6 pack tonight after work, will do it again tomorrow. Some parts are getting a little easier but still some hard sections.

Apart from that not much else to report apart from looking forward to a very nice weekend and a day off on Friday.

Difficult to sleep last night due to the humidity and warmth. Could have got up at 4.30am - hung on until 6am though!

Just ordered the new dvd's to arrive tomorrow so I can return the others to their owner to use. I have really enjoyed these and tonight am planning to start level 1 Shred as I forgot its only 20mins or so and can easily fit it in after work. Glad I preppped some teas on Monday as they have been pretty easy to reheat this week and mean I've had time to fit in some exercise

Also ordered some cycling glasses which were £9.99 for one pair with 3 lenses. At that price had to get them, plus won't be worried about using them at that price and the potential to scratch them.

Took measurements today and half lost half an inch from thighs and waist to back up the 4lb loss over the last fortnight on yesterday's weigh in day

Things going pretty well for now!

Started my day in just the right kind of way - day 2 of 30 Day Shred and really enjoyed it. Better than yesterday and feel nice and energised today as a result. Looking forward to day 3 now!

Chores on the way - bedding stripped and washed and now attempting to dry on the line. Better crack on with some cleaning now!

    A very pleasant day off.

Caught up with housework and washing leaving ironing to do at some point and leaving the weekend free to visit mum and have a day out on Sunday.

Also did 6W6P and am getting better at this now after 2 weeks. Finally managed the sideways plank crunch for the full time of one side and 3/4 on the other side which is way better than the beginning of the week.

What else, quite a bit of tennis watched which is my pleasure at this time of year. Meal planned for most of next week and exercise planned.

    Thats about it for today!

Forgot to mention, I ate a pack of hula hoops yesterday from a multipack bought for £1 thinking well even though I haven't eaten full fat crisps for ages I'll have a pack.

What a mistake that was. Not only did they leave my mouth coated in fat I then developed a nasty case in indigestion for the next few hours leaving me not going out with that.

In the bin the rest went and no more. I think I've only had 1 pack of full fat crisps in the last year so it was the shock to my body.

Today hoping for a good day visiting mum and a nice waslk arout the shops

A lovely day with mum today. A lovely coffee and walk around the shops and then found some great sale bargains

A brilliant pair of autograph trousers for £5 instead of £39.50
A metallic per una pencil skirt £5 instead of £35

Love them - the skirt is ace and will look good now and in winter. The trousers are soooooo comfy and lightweight. I love them! Would never have looked at them at full price due to the colour and pattern but thought hey for £5 I'll try them on and really glad I did.

Also got a nice sleeveless blouse in a shade of lighter coral with 20% voucher so had £4 off making it a good price and this looks great with the trousers and skirt. And of course, the trousers are my new favourite outfit!

Looking forward to tomorrow and a day out mountain biking
