Did a little bit of referencing last night. Still quite a way to go today to get to the point its almost finished so after me and the dog get wet again on our morning walk its back to make a start with a cuppa

Living room is a tip covered in papers and books. Really can't wait until this is in and submitted and passed then that's 2yrs of hard work over and passed

Just tweaked what I wrote yesterday and referenced some more. About 1000 words left to go to write before more fine tuning and referencing. Aiming to finish writing by the time the football starts and see if I can finish off most of the fine tuning while its on and not get too distracted!

Right coffee time and time to get back to it!

Its finished, its in! So pleased!

No idea if it will pass or if it fully academically answered the question but hey at this point after a long and hard academic year I have finished my final assignment. If I pass the taught modules are over. Even though I'm very pleased after all the hard work over the last 2 yrs it has gone very quickly

A well earned day off tomorrow now that assignment is in earlier than expected and I'm looking forward to that after the last few days of hard work!

A couple of months off now before the next stage of hard work begins on the extremely long dissertation

Looks like a lovely day here - feeling happy the work is completed and I can have a pretty lazy day pleasing myself. Planning a potter around town, a tidy up at home and some well deserved exercise after all the sitting on the sofa for the last few days!

Excited about getting some new trainers - hope the shop has some in stock and then I can use them and crack on with 6W6P properly!

Just meal planned for this week and reset kcal allowance back to weight loss mode as decided last week wasn't the best week to try and stick to that with all the stress going on.

Aiming to meet final target in July and then I'll be there - at maintaining all the changes I've made over the last year.

This week is getting back to 5 exercise sessions per week after the last few weeks of stress and illmess recovery I feel back to bouncing normality!

Trainers bought - really pleased I stuck to the budget I set of £30 max and spent £27.99 out of my 100 day challenge treat pot which I've been saving since last year.

Really pleased with them and will be trying them out later. As I was in town I decided to join the crowds to greet the olympic torch - blink and you miss it after waiting for an hour. Still it was really good to see so many people out on the streets and quite a surprise too.

Finding it hard to think I don't have any studying to do for the first time since Oct last year. Its going to take a little while for my head to empty that thought out and realise I can sit and do nothing if I choose to rather than the frantic fitting in life its been

A rather fantastic work out this afternoon on Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism. Just about managed all the exercises give or take a couple of reps and boy was it hard going at times. I feel like I've had a good workout for the first time in a long time! Trainers were a great help too and were very comfy.

So with renewed vigour and energy I plan to either run tomorrow or do 6 Week 6 Pack or maybe even both if I drag myself up early enough tomorrow morning before work!

Still keep thinking I need to read this or write that - no I don't. In fact I'm going to read a book of fiction this week for the first time in a long long time and rediscover my love of books again
