Felt quite fedup yesterday after my friend went abroad for a week instead of a holiday with me. Have woken up today in a much better mood after going a bit bonkers on the biscuits and blowing the diet a good deal.

Thankfully feel much happier today and have planned the following

Get ready and take dog out on this grey and miserable wet morning
    Read for an hour
Walk up to town and back if order has arrived (will the size 8 skirts fit?)
    Read for an hour
    Lunch
    Read for an hour
    Take dog out
    Clean BR and hoover everywhere
    Stepper routine
    Read for an hour
    Yoga
Submit meter readings and record bill

Well, thats the list lets see what I tick off!

Done some reading this afternoon for about an hour and a half. Will do another hour and a half tonight too to make up to 3hrs

Stepper routine done with 1.5kg weights this time which I could feel weighed more (obviously!) so will stick to this for the next month

Yoga doing later on and then all done for today

Still deciding if I'm keeping some of the sale clothes, haven't decided yet. The trousers and cardi and top are brilliant. The size 8 skirts are a little snug and don't really have that much that goes with them. The size 8 top is huge and the size 10 silver top I'm also undecided on at this point.

Phonecall this afternoon rearranging the loft insulation to tomorrow morning which is fine by me and works out better. Will be up and about early tomorrow clearing out the room ready for them to complete the job tomorrow.

Morning one and all. I'm up and about early ish to clear room for the insulation to get done in a few hours time so its a speedy walk with the dog then on with that task.

Then its back to the reading for the rest of the morning, tidy up once they've finished and gone and more reading. Think I'll need to go for a long walk this afternoon to clear my head out a bit after all this! Hoping to find a way to answer the question today in a way that makes sense - here's hoping for that result today at the very least!

What else, not much probably run round with the hoover maybe do some yoga and the stepper routine too then watching the football later after yesterday's slightly nervy match at times

Enjoy your weekend if you're reading - I can't wait until the assignment is in to have a weekend where I don't think about studying - one more to go after this weekend!

Had nice reminder to myself that I'm not dead from the neck down as I suspected I was at many times over the last few years

Loft insulation all done nice and neatly by a rather lovely looking man who was really....really what? Lovely. Felt weird a bit of chemisty - maybe more to do with the lack of men in my life but at least it woke me up and reminded me I can feel. No idea if he felt it too, a couple of nice comments. I wasn't sure if I was misinterpreting it but hey, a good reminder to me that I can feel and the break up a few years ago hasn't completely deadened me beyond belief forever.

Hello! Just stumbled across your diary and thought I'd pop in to say hello.
I know exactly what you mean about being dead from the neck down - its been 2 years since any "action" for me , even holding hands:rotfl: But occasionally recently I've thought "hmmm, he's nice" - progress!
I'm not desperate for a relationship and have found that I'm actually happy by myself but a bit of male attention wouldn't go amiss!
Hope you have a good day WW x

As finding it rather difficult to concentrate on a particularly boring subject decided to do 30mins yoga instead. Glad I did, very enjoyable and that's one more exercise routine ticked off for today too!

Will read for 2 hours this afternoon and make notes then take Mr Dog on a nice long walk if it stays dry after 20mins on the stepper. Then might just fit another hour in later on if I make myself!

Forgot to mention a few MSE things along with life above

Currently saving stamps for Christmas food shop standing at £20 (aiming for £40 ish)
Saving up survey points for amazon voucher for mums Christmas pressies - Kindle I think at this point
Also still saving the £2 coins despite tempts to spend them now at £62 and stayed strong
100 day challenge at £64 I think - might go towards with car tax or service or timing belt change - oh how exciting!

Clothes - due to massive shape change over this last year have been needed as so much does not fit at all despite trying - one pair of new jeans required, maybe a couple more tops as per usual, a light jacket and a pair of pumps. Still sale shopping as usual due to the plethora of sales and the clothes budget has been blown to pieces this year. Still next year should be better as aiming to stay the same size so they still fit.

Aiming to sell some unused and unwanted exercise equipment when I get around to it and also to free up some space and get some funds in and also concentrate on the sport and exercise I enjoy and like to do. These funds will go towards either a new door or a touring bike which I really want!

Finally managed to settle down and do some reading - one hour - one more to go

Stepper routine done and 10mins stretching with yoga leaving a few more stretches until later on

Nice prawn curry for tea with some hastily assembled salad to up the green content of 5-a-day

When I make myself read later, I'll also do a nice foot pamper as they really need it at the same time, don't think that's a bad way of multi tasking!

Tomorrow a day of making myself study with some nice happy exercise breaks of walking, stepping, yoging and maybe a run or a walk if I need some more fruit and veg

Up and about early again, feeling pretty good.

Todays plan is something along the lines of
    Hair treatment and mask
    Defuzz
    Long dog walk
    30mins yoga
    long dog walk
    studying

To pep up this day I'll do a facemask and exfoliate to make my skin look delightful as its not going to be too much of an exciting fun filled day

    Assignment plan
    Finish off current book
    Write out plan
    Start writing a section
    Look at further reading

Really can't spend losts of time on the internet either!
