Shock horror - I've written a plan! Just need to muster up 3000 words now........by this time next week................

Have emailed it in to check I'm on the right track, off to treat myself with a little bit of yoga now to calm down from the shock of being able to drag all of that out of my brain and get it down in some form of sense on paper.

Well I did it, read for a hour or so this afternoon, a little more sense made at last

Took the dog out on another long walk, filled the car up with petrol to avoid a mad dash in the morning. More or less got stuff ready for work.

A bit of pampering tonight I think after tea and after read another chapter of the most boring but probably helpful book for the assignment.

A very quiet weekend, with another one to go, then life can carry on without the hinderance of assignments all being well!

That's quite enough reading for today. Moved on a fair bit and more understanding now about what I'm doing.

While the terribly exciting football matches are on, its time for some pampering I think and get ready for the treadmill of work to begin once more.

Right then its full steam ahead with the assignment today.

Plan is to read 3 papers, finish off one book, start references which still haven't done and set up paper layout etc.

Also today will be 2 usual dog walks (no doubt in the rain!), 20 mins stepper with weights and also at least 10mins yoga.

Collected last of sale offers yesterday - a gorgeous pair of palazzo trousers from the twiggy range reduced from £35 to £9. They're gorgeous and beautiful. Can't wait to wear them!

Also bought some maxi skirts for next year's holiday for £14 reduced from £39.50 and a couple of work dresses for £9 from £29.50

Going to keep those mega tight size 8 skirts from last week, they fit a little better than they did then and I can sit down in them so its onwards and upwards to make them fit better. Also collected 2 jackets which are going back as I just don't think they're what I'm looking for now, will do this after the assignment is in next week.

Tried on some trousers bought earlier this year which are now too big around my waist - boo! I remember when I bought them, they just fit and I was delighted I could fit into a size 10 at the time! I'll take them to the marvellous alterations shop and see if they can do anything for them as it would be a shame to not wear them at all.

That's it for clothes now. I really needed some summer clothes as hardly anything still fit, and although I've done well in the sales compared to full price I have enough now. Maybe a nice shirt or blouse though?

Completed day 1 Jilian Michaels 6 week abs - hard going!

Pleased I've done it and want to stick to it as I started it in the past and never stuck to it.

Need some fitness trainers to get some grip and made a decision to spend some of the 100 day challenge money on a pair. Feeling a good decision as its from the days when I felt low and down and fedup about myself, completely overspent on toilettries and cosmetics to make myself feel better - of course that didn't work one bit.

Now how times change, feeling good about the changes I have made in my life and how I view myself. It's time to spend some of that money on what I love doing - exercising and becoming stronger and recognising that this comes from good energy, good feelings and taking very good care of myself without over spending on endless cosmetics that I don't need to make me feel good about myself or that I must have it at any cost to make me look and feel good. Finally realised, a long time ago now, this comes from inside.

Once this assignment is in I'll be off to find a suitable pair and then put the rest of that money towards a new pair of running trainers which should pay for about half of what they will cost. A nice result!

So today read 2 papers, set up the assignment on the computer, will read a book later on tonight

Also got soaked in the downpours heavily twice and did the stepper routine this afternoon and a tiny bit of yoga.

Looks like tomorrow will be a frantic writing day - oh what fun!

Strugging big time with this assignment - struggling with what on earth to write. Hey, hope to make some more headway this evening while the football is on.

After a day of stressing bigstyle about the result due today. Finally got it last thing this afternoon and scraped a pass. Phew as was dreading it. A pass is a pass in the end and I don't have to redo it.

At least that's one less thing to stress about. They'll be quite enough to stress about this weekend with the next assignment and hopefull the last one
