Yes the cheque arrived about two weeks ago and they now have a system in place where they can transfer the money straight into your account.
Read my previous comment, speaking to tammy definitely helped and she did pass the message on.0 -
And Kuko 0844 number does work, just dont talk to anyone other than tammy.0

If you send the letter back in the post recorded delivery they must refund the money, forgot the emails, just send the letter back. And keep track of it on royal mail to make sure it was signed for.0

Just to continue from my earlier post, I have constantly bombarded them with emails and calls today, finally got to speak to someone called Harry who has agreed that we can have a full refund providing we send the refund request form back, have also had this backed up with an email from them.
Off to the post office now to send everything recorded delivery. Will let you know how quickly the money is back on my card.:beer:0 -
Hi, I have made a breakthrough into getting your money back.
Here is there direct number 08445679500.
Just be persistent and dont back down. I spoke to a guy named Steve and after about 5 minutes of persistence he agreed to giving me a full refund. I recieved an email with the returns form attached. I have to fill this out and return it to the address given on the form. They pay it straight into your bank account now, however you can request a cheque.
I do advise for you to email them first with your issue, as it does ask for a 'customer service ticket number' this is given in the reply to your email (normally automated and recieved in seconds of sending your email). And it clearly states on the refund form that it needs to be completed in full
I hope this helps.0 -
Well i gave the above number a call and with no effort at all... a refund was offered, and the email with the link to the cancellation request form was sent.
I will try and attatch a copy of the form here..
Thanks all, i was scammed today for £53.50 but fingers crossed will be getting it back!
Hopefully i have hosted this correctly...
Maybe somebody from the site can put this up a a forum download?

Cant believe I have only just seen this forum! feel like suh an idiot now. I went to their website ages ago just enquiring about a loan and found today when I went to the cash machine that theyd cleared me out. I guess it's my own stupi fault for putting my card details into a website without checking what these were going to do with them but I never thought that they were going to scam me out of £67.50!!!!!!
Inever done this before and this was the first time that I'd gone for a loan but even so you never think that people are going to practically rob you. I just cant believe that these loan centre crooks can charge a fee for "membrship" but kind of make it out like they are actually lending the money themselves is it anything more than a scam?
Can you imagine going to asda.com to buy a loaf of bread only to find that they don't actually sell bread, they just charge you 99p to give you access to a page with a link on it that you can click and visit another shop which sells bread. Its a joke. What hope have the government got of stoppiing the bank gambling our money on mortgages in the US and paying out big bonuses if they cant even control common garden scam artists like these.
Going to try that number now and dsee how i get on.0
