Hi, can you send the form to Brad Breet - nemesis_2009@hotmail.co.ukHey,
I also fell for the same trap! Got a text saying I had entered my overdraft, looked and bang £47.50 had been taken.
Right, so after numerous emails and numerous computer generated responses back, I finally got a human response informing me that I could claim a refund 14 days after accepting the terms and conditions, however its taken me that long to actually get the forms from them. I sent them off today (along with the self adressed & stampd envelove they ask for, cheeky Fu***rs) apparently they don't receive the money for 30 days, so it's another waiting game as to whether the cheque actually arrives, and then if it clears.
If anyone would like the address and form to complete, message me or put your email below and i'll forward it to you.
Unfortunately also have been stung by "The Loan Centre"
Thanks0 -
Hi Guys, yesterday i had a look at my balance and 66.95 had been taken by loan centre! So went straight online to find numbers etc.. after a while trying to search for that i found this forum... I researched it for a few hours and decided to write a letter, email and communicate with financial ombudsman. I received an email today from a marvin, who wasnt to helpful, he told me the date i had signed up and kept telling me its in the terms and conditions. Luckily i twigged that on the cancelation part of the t+cs it said you can cancel and refund 14days after, well it was my 12th day when i made contact and my 13th today, so by law i WILL be getting every penny back. I would advise people to be clever and try to catch them out. I havent had a confirmed refund yet but i will keep you all posted.0

Hi there,
Has anyone actually received a cheque in the post? They were replying to my emails instantly a couple of weeks ago before I sent in the form.
I sent in the form with a stamp addressed envelope and got confirmation from royal mail that it had been received and I have the proof of signature. I have since been emailing the loan centre and now not getting any response, I just want to hear it from their mouths that they have the cancellation form.
I'm starting to wonder if they even end up refunding our money.0 -
Following on from my previous email I managed to locate a telephone number. 08445766851, if you call this number and ask for Tammy at the Loan Centre she will take your details and get someone to call you.
I did this Thursday and got a call back within an hour from a guy called Harry, he said they are in the process of switching over systems and money can now actually be refunded straight to your card rather than a cheque, I have just missed the cut off date but he said my cheque has been sent out.
So if you don't get any responses from your emails call the number above.
Hope this helps0 -
Harry and Tammy?? Mmmmmmm!!
Let us know when the cheque arrives but good luck.0 -
I have had similar experiences except I didn't even go on their website so am not sure how they managed to get my card details. Also it was debited from my account with the name of DR CARDHOLDER!!! How on earth do these companies get hold of such private details. Does that mean I need to stop using the internet to book flights and order my contact lenses cause that's all I acutally do. I have had 2 amounts taken now, even though I believe someone said below that it is a one off membership fee!0

I have just tried this 0844 phone number as previously advised. But They only deal with collections and not queries or refunds. However, they did give me another number for the loan centre 0345 2579899, but when you call them it is a voice automated system and you can't get to speak to them at all. They tell you to email help@loan-centre.net. Its really awful. I am getting really concerned as to who to turn to now. They took they money from my account and left me broke, I am a single parent with 2 kids so am really upset about this especially as I know fine well I have not applied to any such loan company at all!0

Why is it that you are so negative about everyones comments, if you are not careful you will be reported for abusive behaviour as negativity can be interpreted as abusive to someone in such a stressful situation.0 -
This is the kind of nonsense reply I got after complaining. So I have now gone to watchdog and the police fraud department.

Good Morning
I am trying to contact you once again with regards to the 2 amounts that you
have taken from my account. Once in June and again in September. I have not
applied to your company and have certainly never agreed to a finders fee and on
top of that I have never had a loan agreed with any company. Your website even
states that you do not take money until a loan has been agreed. Also your
website states that a ONE OFF fee is payable, so how did your company manage to
take 2 lots of payments from my account!!! I have only had to read up on your
website due to having money taken from my account.
I am a single mother of 2 children and the money you have taken from my account
today has left me with not even 1p until next Tuesday!!! I am really really
stressed out about this and have taken advice from Citizens Advice. They have
advised I contact your company to request an urgent refund and advised if I have
no such luck contact the fraud department of my bank and also involve the police
as this is a fraudulent transaction.
I look forward to an urgent response by 2pm today.

Like a fool I applied to both companies for a loan explaining that I am on benefits. Both companies have taken money from my account. A total of £112.45!! I have written to no worries asking for a full refund; I also contacted the loan centre to ask for a refund as stated by both companies that I can cancel my application within 14 days. The loan centre are trying to tell me that I cant recieve a refund even though I have cancelled the agreement as stated within the 14 days period. I did NOT give the loan centre permission to take money out of my account. While I was on filling out the on-line application I changed my my, because they were asking for a fee of £47.50. When I tried to delete my details from the on-line form, my details kept appearing. Has anybody got any advice. pls I am desperate to get my money back. :-(0
