People like me who came on here to ask for advice and to offer it? That's all I have done, and all I've had in return is rudeness and sarcasm from users like you. You were advising people the way to deal with this is to Rant And Rave via email to get what you want.
You were told it is pointless. the way to do it is by READING the Terms and Conditions, which is all your ranting had achieved (although they sent them to you instead of expecting YOU to read them).
That was met with such glorious comments from you of "Idiot, Moron, !!!! Off" etc. etc.

ur rite, it was via cashrushonline,co.ukThis is the thing...I'm usually very cautious etc and I would be the first to say well that was daft...all I need to know though is whether not it is possible to get your money back.
I think when you get onto these things you end up fillin gin endless details and by the time you get to your bank account details you kind of forget you haven't actually been offered a loan!
I still think, as a lot of people are continuously scammed by hidden detail, there should be some sort of regulation in place to dis-allow charges being hidden in the background. Yes I know it's stupid but when you're desperate, you're desperate, otherwise I wouldn't have used the thing in the first place.
Besides, I'm pretty sure when I filled out my details it went via another site and then ended up on Loan Centre.
Anyhow......anyone claimed back their money succesfully from this company?

Lianne, FORGET the emails, they are being deleted as soon as they arrive. Stop wasting time with them.
Same for phone calls, forget it, they will simply ignore you.
The Terms and Conditions CLEARLY state you must put it in writing.
Follow the advice, Write it and post it recorded delivery.
If you refuse to follow the very instructions they are giving you, is it any wonder you are getting nowhere??

they sent me confirmation email
it said in the T&Cs to give written notice so i sent this;
'As asked for in the terms and conditions, this email constitutes my written notice for the cancelation of my membership'
and then sent another saying that I had a record of the email.....soon after they snt me this## In replies all text above this line is added to the ticket ##.ExternalClass .ecxzd_link {color:#FFF;} ************************ Your request (#5856) has been received, and is being reviewed by our support staff.

I would NOT call that advice. There are more than enough people around here who try to help..... you aren't one of them.
Telling people to make threats via email is going to achieve nothing, like it did in your case.
