  • A quick Google, indeed, may have prevented me from making such a mistake, along with the HUNDREDS of others who have been ripped off by The Loan Centre.
We all, unlike some, were not, or indeed are not, perfect! However, we all have rights, and those rights are contained within The Loan Centre’s own T & C’s.
Sure Gareth must take a wage, taking being the operative word! He’s taking it from unsuspecting people who ‘trusted’, The Loan Centre’s Terms & Conditions.

    Absolutely not.
My point is that they provided the service their terms and conditions said they would.
You applied and agreed to sign up to this nonsense agreeing to pay regular amounts for the privilege... Ergo... You got exactly what you paid for.

For sure it is a complete scam, but until people start taking the simplest of precautuons, you are helping companies such as this flourish.

Little bit of help needed - sorry I know this thread was last used in June. Trying to help a friend out who noticed that £67.70 had been taken out of their account from a loan company think it was something like pt loans. Unable to find anything about them on the net and my friend has never used a loan broker - he has a couple of payday loan deals but they work independently and have assured him they never use brokers. His bank - Halifax are refusing to deal with the problem and have told him that as this company has somehow got his debit card details then he has obviously given authority - anyone any suggestions?
:hello: Oh to come back as as fish - love to be 'under the sea' :j
