apples2.. if you have not been hit by this company??
What brings you to this discussion??
What made you click on this page in the first place? you have mentioned T&C's and gone on as if your wiping ppls backsides on here, but actually I've read every single post and you have not added anything which was not already stated. In fact you're so narrow minded on the fact that a letter needs to be written in, you're consistently disregarding the fact that you do actually need the refund request form first, therefore an email isn't pointless.
Also the terms and conditions do say 'or by email'??
Where is your logic, Id say you don't know much about this matter really and your just trying to get some sort of power trip over knocking people's already low self asteam. Well arn't you the big guy!
As for ranting and raving gets you no where - looking through this forum I can see that by not ranting and raving at the company you are not losing anything either, In fact people have done this and still got there money back providing they do the basics. so therefore if this is the persons technique to getting there money back then fair play!
Give everybody a rest and find something else less pathetic to get your jonny's off!!0 -

Of course I haven't been "hit" by this company.
There is a simple enough reason for this, I DO NOT go throwing my bank details out to any old chancer who either cold calls me, or I stumble upon in a desperate attempt to bury myself in even more debt than I am already in.
I find it quite bizarre that the people who do receive this mysterious "refund form", not ONE of you have had the common decency to scan it, copy it and post it so that others can use it.
Your petulant ranting and raving through emails and phone calls will carry little weight. Conducting business through recorded letters will enhance your chances of a successful outcome, this is true in all business fields when you are intimating a legal challenge to their practice (as most of you do).
I seldom see broker sites such as this where the complaints procedure isn't clearly stated.
Why do you have such a problem with the correct procedure being followed?
My posts are there to point people in the correct direction for the complaints and hopefully avoid drawn out, worthless phone calls and emails. In the case of those who insist on sitting on hold or being passed between desks for hours at a time, to save those people money for the calls.
You come across as though you have a serious chip on your shoulder, another one of the "none of this is my fault" brigade?
Maybe you should take a cold stark look at your own mistakes, if you hadn't been so reckless, you wouldn't be on here with a username of "debtridden68".0 -
Quick off the mark there apples.. and wise you may seem to think you are..
debtridden68 - is a link to my favourite football team Manchester United a current debt ridden club since the takeover by Malcolm Glazer in 2005, 68 happens to be the year they become the first English team to win a European competition.
As previously stated on an earlier post - somebody hasn't previously tried to post this for future users, however there seems to be an issue with the host authorising such a request. However members have kindly been emailing this curious form to victims of this trap.
If you look down through many of these posts, they usually start with, 'Stupidly' or 'I mistakenly' - which suggests there wasn't so much of a 'wasn't my fault brigade' but more of a 'I've made a mistake how do I go about rectifying it brigade'
So again I ask, what originally brought you to this page, was it to ridicule people less fortunate than yourself? Get your Jonny's off on some kind of powertrip??
Or do you have a chip on your own shoulder leaving a bitter taste in your mouth about something none of us know of your past??
Leave this forum to people that actually need it and keep your small narrow minded opinions to yourself0 -
Maybe apples is trying to prevent stupid people doing stupid things.
Not only does he point out the error but also points people in the right direction to resolve it.
I note you haven't actually contributed to the post at all, one request for your own help and two posts of moaning.0 -
After reading all 7 pages of his b******t, ridiculing people with financial problems and their vulnerability. Considering the help you offered only came along with or following a series of self asteem blows. I felt it totally appropriate to raise awareness on the issue rather than let it blow over like the mods must have done.
I feel by asking apples to stay off this forum and leave it for people who actually need it I am contributing, and the fact that I have put a post on for help shows I am using it in the appropriate way!
His finger pointing has only p****d off other users of the forum, whilst he only has highlighted previous comments. So therefore he hasn't added anything to this tread.
Anyway I'm withdrawing from being dragged into any more petty disputes, and I will await a response to my original post.0 -

On page 2 I linked and quoted the Terms and conditions, from my brief scan of the posts prior to mine, I can't see anyone else doing so, nor stating the address in the post.
You're not worth wasting more time with, no doubt you will be here again, maybe with a different username after being scammed by this type of offer again.
I maintain that this type of scam is one of the very simplest scams to see through. It takes just seconds (literally) to google the name and see if it is genuine.
Your mistake comes from your greed and blind ignorance to taking the very simplest of precautions.
You can have some additional free advice from me, DON'T sign up for Free Trials of Teeth Whitening products or slimming pills. If you do, you will most certainly be back here repeating the same old story that other people should be looking out for you.
I've wasted enough keypresses on your rants already.0 -
I bet you fell down them traps previously haven't you?
Probably why your so bitter towards everyday honest mistake making people like myself and poster's before me. That must be why you're taking time out of your own day to ridicule them, whilst really you're fighting the insecurity inside yourself! ha
Good luck and remember to read the side effects!0 -
I recently got charged £67.70 by the Loan Centre and when I went back and read the T&C's I could've kicked myself. It was my own stupidity and no one else was to blame, I was just desperately looking for a loan to avoid getting bank charges at that time. In fact I was so stupid that the same think happened to me at the same time with another company called Easyloans (or Ezeloans) so watch out for them too.
I didn't think I had any chance of getting my money back but I read the instructions on their websites, did what they said and I can't say that I have had any problems.
The Loan Centre responded to my e-mail straight away, sent me out the refund form, and straight away they refunded me my money....in fact I got a couple of pound more back from them. They were going to refund my debit card but I had since cancelled this so they sent me out a cheque within a matter of days.
I am still waiting for my refund from Ezeloans but I have e-mail confirmation that I will be refunded within 14 days.
I can't believe how stupid I was to get charged not once, but twice and I am deeply embarrased but I have certainly learnt my lesson from this. I can't stress enough to others now to read the T&C's and to be aware that there are loan company BROKERS out there who will charge you. If you are charged then just follow the instructions carefully and be polite in your correspondence at first as Im sure these Company's do not respond to threats or abusive behaviour.
I can see from both sides, Apples has tried to give advice on this thread and is obviously getting p****d off at the same comments coming up and people claiming they have been scammed when in reality you have to admit that it was your own stupidity that got you there in the first place......as it was with me!0
