although i rate their product and continuously buy from Dell, their sales/aftersales/support is the worst i ever seen, thankfully i hardly need them.
when i was a student i bought a laptop, 2 agents somehow got involved in the sale and they were fighting over the commission day and night, they wanted me to confirm who had carried out the original sale, thankfully this worked in my favour as i got them to give me extras and also drop the price.0 -
Manager called me to apologise last weekend and offered to "personally" deal with my re-order and give me a "discount".
