As I have said before last sale I spent 45 minutes on bus to collect order from store only to find out when there that they had cancelled the whole lot without even telling me . When I complained told donnt take any notice of stock numbers on net as they are not true. Like you all why do I bother, in this day and age you would think they could could update their system they make enough profit from us after all.
I normally get a dispatch notice email? Did they send you that and then there was nothing in store?0 -
hi all,
just had one entire order cancelled because its oos. i'm waiting for the same or similar to happen to my other £190 order.
i'm not massively bothered because i knew from reading on here its a complete lottery, but does anyone know whether it's worth complaining? i.e. if i'm likely to receive anything more substantial that a "we're very sorry...." - some kind of voucher would be just tickety boo :cool:0 -
Just got an email that my items have been despatch to store for collection. All items I ordered in it.
Can they still change it now?0 -

You'll probably get an apology with a Big Fib about them sorting it, and a small e-voucher for a future order, which, if you value your sanity, you won't place.
I got foolishly excited this time when something went OOS while I was ordering, and thought this time (after complete disasters in the past) it might just work. But my order is once again just sitting there in my account with a delivery date moved from Monday to 30th, so I can whistle for yet another order from them.
I'm not going to bother with them in future. It's just not worth the hassle.0 -
Someone I work with told me that the sale started yesterday. apart form the hassle of trying to find somewhere to park, I really think you are better off going to the shop. I got a couple of very good bargains. A dress reduced from £49.99 to £15 and shorts reduced from £25 to £9. Though I would never pay £25 for shorts.0
