My stuff also due for nominated Saturday delivery. It does seem to be worthwhile paying extra on delivery!0

I happened to be in M&S yesterday when I realised the sale had started! Managed to pick up a massive amount of clothes for the kids for a bargain price of £66. I couldn't believe it!:money: Definately bargains to be had instore (if there's any left!)0

I am so angry right now! I've been trying to buy from the website for the last half hour but it won't let me choose any day for nominated delivery or store collection, it says every date i select is unavailable and standard delivery only guarantees my items by the 15th of september which is ridiculous! Even the last available date it tells me it's not available, so I'm just going to leave it and hope I can buy all the items later as I really do want them!Living cheap in central London :rotfl:0

There may just be light at the end of the tunnel. I spent more than £150 and so was entitled to the free nominated day delivery, the soonest I could get it was Monday and so I was rather concerned as I noticed a lot of orders were going through before that. My order status has now changed to despatching soon which hopefully means I am going to get that order but I will not get too excited until the delivery man is standing at my door with the box and I have checked through to see that everything is there.
I have another order that I was not allowed to put through with this order for some stupid reason and so have to wait until Friday for that one, if that one comes complete there definately is a miracle happening!0 -
got all of my delivery yest. via nominated day delivery so was worth paying the extra

I had the exact same problem! Very frustrating. In the end I ordered using standard delivery and won't expect it to arrive, but if it does that'll be a bonus.
In my account I can now see which bit was the problem, as most of the order is due for delivery 3 August and only 1 item actually says 12th Sept, so not as bad as it seemed.0 -
Very dissapointed... by the time I was to pay half of the items disapeared form my basket!! Typical... So I have couple of items I needed (ie new practical shoes) but nothing pretty I wanted to cheer myself up with..
It's stupid system - you don't go around a shop and take items out of peoples baskets, do you? I think you would get send out of the shop. So why do they let it happen on online shop?
I guess too many people put things in their basket and just take too long to get to checkout.....It aint yours till you've paid... same as instore !0
