Still waiting for 12 items to arrive today - my nominated delivery day. 4 items arrived at lunchtime. Nothing else since.

Yes - got everything! Just had a big 'try-on'! All 3 pairs of shoes don't fit. My arches are too high for 'cage' shoes.

Very nice Limited Collection jacket - very pleased with that. Loads of dresses - but not impressed with quality or material of some of them.

Lots to go back, sadly.

Everything I ordered on Weds night has been despatched for delivery tomorrow. Let's hope it fits!!!

Hi moneysavers,

I have ordered a few bits to pick up in store on Tuesday. The items are all showing as out of stock on the M&S website (no surprise there) but I'm wondering will M&S contact me to say that my order is available for me to collect or am I just supposed to travel all the way there on the off chance?

Also, will my other half be able to collect the order on my behalf as I'm not well at the moment?

The 'offer of the day' jeans I ordered a couple of days before the sale have been cancelled. M&S e-mailed to tell me & the cancelled items disappeared from the Order in Detail in My Account.

Look in My Account - Open and Recently Despatched Orders. It should tell you what's to be collected, what hasn't yet been despatched, & the date each item should be available for collection. Something from the order I did just before the sale has been delayed & M&S e-mailed to tell me my revised collection date.

I've never been asked for id of any kind when collecting in store - I think anyone with a copy of the order confirmation can collect an order.
