Anyone for a chocolate cold turkey challenge?

I am losing weight and not eating ridiculous amounts of chocolate, but I've done this by giving myself a small piece of chocolate each day. This way I deal with the craving but don't binge. It seems to be working, but I'm going to have to bow out of the Cold Turkey Challenge.
Well if it's only a little bit, perhaps you could name it after something a little smaller than a turkey.
The Cold Guinea Fowl challenge perhaps?

I tried to thank you with the thanks button, but I think the settings on my pc are wrong as it won't allow!
Maybe the 'cold quail challenge' they're really small, yet still edible."Tomorrow is always fresh, with no mistakes in it." (Montgomery, L.M.(1908). Anne of Green Gables.)

Well done for losing that weight bobble hat...
If I'm honest I know what you mean about needing just a little bit. I actually can't remember the last time I had chocolate now as I have stopped buying it, and if we have cakes in work I always pick the non chocolatey ones. However I would eat it if someone gave it to me!
So unless anyone else is continuing I think we should consider this challenge closed and just carry on being good! I've lost 7lb and intend to carry on, purely by standing on the scales every morning to inspire myself!0 -

Thanks Minty, and well done to you too 7lbs is brilliant! I bet you can notice the difference already.
This thread has been really useful because it made me really think about what I was eating, so it really spurred me on with my weight loss goal. So thanks. :T"Tomorrow is always fresh, with no mistakes in it." (Montgomery, L.M.(1908). Anne of Green Gables.)
