hi another day without chocolate, can anyone tell me how to put a signature of the days!!! Sorry new to all this
  • jules, go to user cp about halfway down your page, on the left hand side it says edit signature, click on that and then add what you like!

I have to admit I sinned today, wet out for lunch and ordered banoffee pie, then realised it had chocolate flakes on the top! It was purely accidental though, and only a tiny amount, so I'm not counting it!

Hi I'm still in on this.
Good luck to everyone, lapses or not, it's best to have it in your mind all the time!

I did well this weekend, only lapsed when we made chicken wrapped in bacon, and having no mustard OH used cheese as a substitiute, damn him!

And despite my not being a choc. fan claim, we made chocolate rice pudding for our baby and I couldn't help try it, lol.

    best wishes.

  • Do Bourbon biscuits count, they don't seem to contain any real chocolate but do have a slight chocolatey flavour!

If they do then I'm not doing very well, I had two yesterday. The lads in the office convinced me they aren't real chocolate. However, I was tempted many times in the supermarket last night and bought neither chocolate nor hot chocolate. I spent too much on my groceries though!

I know it's still early (only 6.30pm) but haven't eaten any chocolate today and don't actually want any.
Perhaps it's true about the cravings subsiding-feel extremely virtuous:p

    Good luck fellow challengers

  • 5 full days for me now, and Jules, you'll need to change it yourself!
Hope it continues...I've even lost 3lb, but I have been cutting down too...
  • No chocolate for me yesterday but I did have a suasage sandwich in the work's canteen! These and hash brown sandwiches are my true downfall! We have a team BBQ today so I will try and be very good. All free food though so good for a MSE as will not need to have dinner this evening.
