Anyone for a chocolate cold turkey challenge?

I will after I have eaten my bag of Maltesers.... in fact, Maltesers probably don't even count do they, as they are mostly air bubbles....
In fact, if I switch to eating Aero bars instead, can this be counted as cutting my chocolate consumption down by half as they are half air bubbles...?...?...
Oh dear, maybe I am more addicted than I thought!!0 -
Ha! ha! I'm sitting reading this with a mars bar stuck in my gob.
As much as i'd love to try i know I'd fail in the first hour.
Chocolate and I are best mates
Good Luck though

Cutting chocolate out completely will most probably compel you eat it more, especially if you are an "addict", because you would be thinking too much about NOT having it!!
Just tell yourself you will have one 100g bar MAXIMUM per week of dark chocolate. It is lower in fat and higher in anti oxidants!!
go for more expensive better quality chocs. i am hoping that ur tastebuds would change in time for better chocs (and not cheap sweets as mars) and the price for it would put u off!!
SEE, good all round!! better tastebuds AND fuller wallets!!
oops!! am i enticing you guys to do something u don't want to??
my weakness is anything sweet which i blame on my folks who can eat indian sweets and bakhlava like the amazon soak up the rain.
but i'm sure ur doing fine, Mintymoneysave!!! ;-)0 -
With an addiction you have to go cold turkey - I have already given up chocolate - but I will join you as I try to give up bread.
It makes me feel bloated and my tummy feels soooo tight & swollen. But I loves it.
Good Luck all :T0 -
that unopened packet of chocolate digestives is beckoning and I'm afraid I can't resist........aargggghhhh.....Thanks to MSE and all the moneysaving tips I can now work PT (instead of FT) to pay the bills and still have fun!!:beer:0
