Anyone for a chocolate cold turkey challenge?

Hi my name is Lem and i'm a chocoholic!
i am willing to give this a go but will start tomorrow if you don't mind.
I am desparately trying to lose weight but doing a yo yo at the moment and i'm sure that 99% of that is due to chocolate, so this should help.
I have also just signed up for the Children in Need slimathon, so really need to work hard.
Good luck everyone, i think we will need it.

Hi new to this, my 1st post.
Can i join in , i need to save money( all those pennies add up ) and i have got to lose weight and get in training for The Great South run in Oct 10 miles!!! I cant even run 1

Can I join please I have a serious addiction to chocolate and it's not pennies I want to be saving it's the £'s/lbs.................

From this day forward (for the next month anyway)I vow not to eat any chocolate be it in the form of a bar or by-product eg. hot chocolate drink or milkshake....

I'm sorry I can't join you. It is against the law to not eat chocolate every evening.

However, some info for you ... 4 squares of decent chocolate (70% and above) taken daily will chemically improve your mood

I managed to go cold turkey for 2 years, and that was no sugar of any description in my diet. I was on an anti candida diet for health reasons. I saved an absolute fortune on my shopping bill too. Good luck to everyone, but beware of the withdrawal symptoms which kick in around day 5.

Good heavens, no!! Life's tough enough without giving up chocolate - it's the only thing that keeps me out of the madhouse.
