Hi everyone.
DAY 1
Have avoided chocolate for 24 hrs !!!!!0 -
Managed day 1 (just about) didn't help that DS (age 3) had a birthday party and there was chocolate everywhere  with him saying "I not like it Mum YOU eat it" aaarggghhh fortuneately I stopped myself and continued not to eat any of the party bag contents either (only 2 small bars of choccy in there) this challenge is a bit like a spend diary-every time I go to put chocolate in my gob I have a rethink and say NO.
So I consoled myself this evening by having kebab and chips from chippie............I'm dying for something sweet...........Jo x:A0 -

I usually give up chocolate for Lent as it helps me lose the weight I gain over winter. Didn't do it this year and haven't been able to fit in half my summer clothesMFW 2021 No: 33 £45000/£45000 Mortgage free @ 11/6/21 🥳0 -

Hello all,
I was doing really well on this, then went to a very English picnic on Sunday to say goodbye to our friend who is moving back to OZ. I realised with horror after my 4th Jaffa cake that I had eaten chocolate and had promised not to.
I can only defend my actions by saying that I was thinking of the smashing jaffa orangey bit and not the lovely chocolate holding it onto the spongey base. It is now Monday morning and I'm starting afresh. Wish me luck!"Tomorrow is always fresh, with no mistakes in it." (Montgomery, L.M.(1908). Anne of Green Gables.)
