Oh dear another lapse for me, OH brought home some lovely gooey brie. I only had a tiny sliver though and have instructed him to not buy any more cheese, lol!

Agh, I did really well but this morning I went for breakfast in the work canteen, it was 7.30am and I was half awake and ate a chocolate crossaint! Feel very bad now. Will have to go for a long walk after work!0

I think chocolate (the milk kind at least) is fairly easy to give up once you beat the addiction.
Give it a month and when you taste it you'll find it incredibly sicklyNo longer using this account for new posts from 20130 -

I'll second that. I remember when I had gotten a Thornton's strawberry truffle bar as part of a present and as I'd been on the ac diet for yonks, I'd try a bit of it, and I couldn't believe how sickening sweet it tasted, I couldn't eat it and ended up throwing it in the bin.“Ordinary riches can be stolen, real riches cannot. Another day without chocolate. Fancied something sweet so splashed out a bit and had a passion fruit, expensive at 49p but kept the chocolate cravings at bay. Had just weighed myself with scary all-singing-all-dancing machine in Boots and have put back 2 of the 4lbs I recently lost. Doh!"Tomorrow is always fresh, with no mistakes in it."
