I freeze blue & green top milk always fine for me, just give a shake before opening.

If you are putting into small containers just don't fill them, leave an inch from the top as milk expands as it freezes.

Do you have any ice blocks? could you get a small insulted bag from a supermarket and put an ice block in with a pint of milk to keep it cool on the long trip? or a small flask will do the same job as long as the milk is cold when it goes in.

As others I freeze full cream milk all the time, As I normally buy a few weeks milk at once. As our milk usage is pretty random I freeze it and take it out when needed. It just needs a shake when it's defrosted,

As long as you shake before use after defrosting you are fine - no shake and the first few pourings will consist of faintly coloured water!

    Hi,

Yes you can freeze milk, but only in the plastic bottles, not the glass bottles from the milk man, I only say that as we still have a milk man.
  • it would make life so much easier if i could get it all at once thank you

lol, well yes I imagine it would :D, can you buy 7 seperate pints of milk then, and freeze these, then just take one pint out each day.
