How is it going your end have you been out lately? :)

Not since Tuesday... I keep expecting to ache so have "one midweek - one parkrun" as my current mantra. However, I haven't had my usual aches and pains since I did my 1st 10k a few weeks ago. Are the two related?

I think I should try upping it to 3 times a week. That's hstorically when my shin splints flare up though..... :(

Got some holidays coming up too - certainly not running in 35 degree heat  :j

    sparky - well done!! :T :j :T :j

Good thanks P, running is going well I'm doing Anglesey 1/2 in September so training for that.

Mixing up with swimming, brought a bike today and have been doing the infamous Shred DVD too so feeling fit and healthy.

My shred has been dispatched and I have shiny new pair of dumbells :j

Yesterday half an hour x-trainer at gym (probably why shin was hurting) and today had only time for 15 minute exercise bike. I have now retired from the dog walking business (unless somebody asks me - I am not advertising) but now during school holidays DD is going to a holiday club which is 1.5 mile from work so I should be doing that distance twice a day either running or walking. Plus hoping to teach myself front crawl so popping into the gym for a paddle every now and again.

Well done Sparkles and Hypno for weight loss :T

I am heading away for the weekend for total rest for 3 days which is good as been feeling that some kind of bug is trying to get hold of me.

Lurks - go for it, just don't go flat out and you'll be fine :)
