ok peeps need a favour. my motivation is loooooow at the moment. I took my friends two beautiful, well trained, lovely and sweet german shepherds for a 2 hour walk across the fields yesterday, it was heaven and an absolute pleasure to be out with them but IT WASNT A RUN!!!! i did sweat, quite a bit, but i reeeeally need to get out there tonight.
would you all agree to issue a communal butt kicking to make sure i get out there? thanks!!!debt @05/11/11 £12210.63!! slowly chipping away!!:heart2:impossible is nothing.:heart2:0 -
Ok, a fluffy mule is gracefully thrown at your backside to get out there!
I can't wait to go again tomorrow morning - I keep thinking I might go tonight but I think my legs need a full day to recover. I am buzzing about running atm - hope I can maintain this feeling and not slope of in a CBA mood!

oooh lurkio where you off to?? just be careful not to hit me on the head ok!!! good news re not aching that body is obviously adjusting to the rigours.. i'm going to be brave in a bit and put my current weight and target onto my sig. gulp!!
sparkles it is absolutely fine to run a few days in a row, just vary the distances. the best advice i can give (no expert believe me!!) is to listen to your body... it will tell you. x
