    Welldone everyone who is getting out there. I've been a right lazy slob this last week. life hasnt been kind to me and i have felt the need to "wallow" eat cr*p and hide under my duvet at the times that work has allowed. I am off over to take my friends two dogs out for a long walk tonight and i'll do shred before then thats my butt kicked back into it!

    Morning....I wondered where all the runners disapeared too!
    Is it bad that I am dreading the summer holidays with 6 weeks of my daughter at home...when am I going to run :( Feel quite depressed about it lol

    Not sure she'll be up for running 8 miles P....be lucky to get her to do a mile!

    I'll have to resort to going to the playpark/field and running laps around so I can keep an eye on her but also run...think I might be dizzy after doing 32 laps :(

    Yeah Pania, been a bit of a stranger on here, but Im back ha ha

    Did 3 hilly miles on Mnday, doing 6 tonight and prob 9 or 10 saturday. Off to Florida 2nd august, so cant wait. Seems ages ago you started the running club and now upto Number 5, awesome
