:D I'm buzzing today after completing that run - loving the running, even when it feels difficult to achieve. I am enjoying it immensely and really enjoying running early in the morning :D

Can feel the endophins kicking in today with a nice relaxed early morning weekend run.

Will really try to keep this routine going as my achillies heel is to do well then stop exercising after a couple of weeks - however I'm enjoying being outside exercising and today remembered when I ran before I used to go 3xper week and if I did that I must have enjoyed it to the same extent as I do now. Also hoping this exercise improves my fitness for long distance uphill walks which I noticed I'd become unfit on the last few. not surprising really when just dat around most of the day.

My goal this year was to lose some weight and start exercising again. I never truly believed I would as its the goal I always put off anyway by hook and by crook I've made a start. I started exercising at home earlier this year on a stepper which revivied my interest in what I could achieve.

Meaning my goal of the 5k is achievable and I can see it coming :j I'm looking forward to the next phase stretching out towards the 5k mark

Also looking forward to a new pair of trainers as a reward to myself for sticking at it and I'll only buy them when I reach the 5k mark

Hope everyone else is enjoying their running too

    Hello,

Well done everyone!!! Lurks - were you in park run today?

Nipped home to feed my piggies (house sitting this weekend) and came to see what you have been up to.

Did a longish walk with the dogs while DD was in the party and shin hasn't hurt today at all!!! :j I am going to take next week easy so that I won't sabotage the start of my half mara training on 26th...

    Hi All,

Bit off topic here but has anyone bought any HEAD trainers?

On offer for £8 they sound like rubbish and they would appear to be sports direct own brand but for £8?

    Any good?

Women and cats will do as they please, and men and dogs should relax and get used to the idea.

Just come back from the first time in ages I've run 2 days in a row. Week 4 Run 1 went well and much better than I thought it would do.

I've really enjoyed running at the weekend - brill to take advantage of this time of year with running. Enjoying this C25K programme too.

Competed my Day 2 run today from Week 4.

Ran very slowly as legs felt achy as it was 6am, glad its done and have quite stiff achy legs now - should get better as the day goes on

Only one more run from this week to do now
