sparkles - are you doing Shred every day?
I'm doing one spin, one body pump and some swimming with my running. Getting into the running now, 4 times last week, trying to keep it that way but off next week and not sure what we're doing yet so might be bit difficult next week.
Anyhoo, I did my longest run ever yesterday! Only 6.75 miles but never been over 6.3 before. And we were away so it's double goodness from me and am very happy!DEBT FREE OCTOBER 2012!Proud to have dealt with my debts!0 -
Well done on your running - sounds like that's going very well for you
As for Shred - doing it every other day and the odd day off and inbetween is 6W6P. Just about to do Shred for today to wake myself up as feel very tired tonightfinal unsecured debt to repay currently £8333Proud to be Dealing With my DebtDFW Nerd 1154 Long Haul 1550 -

I was a good girl yesterday. Instead of watching all of the Murray match, I went for a 4.38mile run and got back in time for the 4th set thanks to Bristish summer weather.DEBT FREE OCTOBER 2012!Proud to have dealt with my debts!0

Hey, how is everyone doing?
No running for me last week as was on hols. Stayed home though and went mountain biking, walking and climbing instead.
No running this week either as on Sunday when we went mountain biking I fell off and landed heavily on my hip bone/backside 3 miles from finish. Had to take Monday off as couldn't walk properly. No external bruising but plenty inside, still not quite right so taking it day at a time...DEBT FREE OCTOBER 2012!Proud to have dealt with my debts!0 -
I too went mountain biking on holiday last week and fell off a couple of time - no where near as bad as you but still very bruised over a week later! Great time though!
No running for me for the next month or so as I'm concentrating on cycling for the summer to make use of my bikefinal unsecured debt to repay currently £8333Proud to be Dealing With my DebtDFW Nerd 1154 Long Haul 1550 -
sparkles - you planning to go to the dark side that is triathlon?
We were supposed to for a lovely long ride on the bike but BF hasn't gotten the bikes quite ready. His bottom bracket broke yesterday as well and the spare part has not arrived. So probably just ride to town and get pick up some free drinks. I really want to go for a proper ride on my new Charge bike. Only coveted one since BF got his couple of years ago!DEBT FREE OCTOBER 2012!Proud to have dealt with my debts!0 -
Not triathlon for me!
Cycling to work is the aim for a couple of days a week starting over the next couple of weeks all being well and also continuing the 30 day Shred and just started Level 2.
Thinking will go back to running in the auntumn and enjoying doing some different exercise for now after all that running over the last year! Plus cycling is better for my tight right leg for now at least
I'm currently coveting a road bike - a shiny new one which will prob get next year if I cant get hold of a 2nd hand one cheap enoughfinal unsecured debt to repay currently £8333Proud to be Dealing With my DebtDFW Nerd 1154 Long Haul 1550
