I almost talked myself out of going for a run tonight as I was feeling pretty tired, but something someone said on one thread made me realise I was just making excuses. So, 5.2 miles later I'm very happy that I've done it. Slow and steady as this is my 'long' run at the moment.DEBT FREE OCTOBER 2012!Proud to have dealt with my debts!0 -
Up and out this morning for another 4 mile run in 38.5 mins. Went much better than the other day. Still a bit of a slog and a plod but better all the same.
Might try out my new handweights tonight on my stepper routine if I get timefinal unsecured debt to repay currently £8333Proud to be Dealing With my DebtDFW Nerd 1154 Long Haul 1550 -
No exercising for me at the moment except of the brain variety! Roll on Monday night (exam Monday afternoon)

I went for a run after work - 6 miles which was rubbish and hard work. Not getting any better yet and I feel so far away from the 13 mile mark I was at 8 weeks ago. How times change?
Have a very tight right leg muscle too which needs a lot of stretching out as I could feel it being sore on the run today which was one of the reasons it didn't go very well. Could also feel myself lacking in stamina - where has it gone?

Hi Tirl, its true 3 times a week has to be the minimum for me to get results.
Just had a week in cornwall, and managed to do my back in on day two, so not a single run.
The good news is thats its back to normal now, so off out tonight.

5.3miles for me yesterday. Uphills were bit more of a struggle after yesterday's run and spin but I did manage! Finally starting to feel that if I keep this up, it'll get easier and I'll get faster.DEBT FREE OCTOBER 2012!Proud to have dealt with my debts!0 -
