Hi all
Had a letter from Aqua today saying that they will let me pay £10 a month for the next six months.
Bit confused as through the DMP paying £15.62 so I guess this meens that after the six months they will start demanding full payment again why cant they accept the DMP it would be a lot easier cant see that I will be in a better position in six months time.
Better than nothing I suppose ah well:rotfl:

Well at least it has given you a bit of breathing space:)
My 3rd payment has gone out today, can't believe how quickly the time is passing and the numbers are going down and not up:)

Hi
Has anyone got any tips on how to save money apart from the obvious ones like dont drive, cut your own hair etc
I am really struggling at the moment even spent my birthday money on food shopping. Hubby not supportive at all lent me my car tax money at xmas paid back £50 and he is still going on about it, you wouldnt think we are married.... I feel like punching him.
Sorry dont mean to go on but am feeling really low at the moment cant seem to make my salary strectch.... I dont smoke, drink much or go out.
I know the whole country is suffering but I thought the DMP would make things easier which it has but I am still not really feeling the benefit yet and its eight months on.
SORRY RANT OVER:mad:0 -
Hi Jackie,
Its good to hear from you! I see your hubby is as supportive as ever:mad:
You've done so well and 8 months have flown by haven't they?
It is still hard at the moment but I'm sure that eventually you will start to feel the benefit. We had the cushion of redundancy to get us through those first months. Winter is always our worst time due to the nature of OH's job. I've managed to put some money away but we have had to live on the rest but now Spring is here OH's work is starting to come in.
Keep your chin up, you've done the hard part and it will get easier I'm sure
