Starting October as I mean to go on got an interview Monday first response ive had WOW will keep you posted any news of a job for you yet the post box is quiet at the minute and guess what i find it a little unnerving after all the threatening letters it proves a point its just all hot air im paying them as per my self managed plan and getting on with my life

Not feeling too bad I phone call from Aqua who are refusing the DMP at the moment:mad:

Trying not to spend too much money hopefully money should last this month 2 payments down one just paid:T

Its funny how you get immune to the stroppy letters a few months ago
I would have had sleepless nights about them, now they just get filed away:j

Hope things are o.k. with you... know what you mean about the letters. OH had one today from Mercers demanding money, a couple of months ago I would have been stressed out so badly I wouldn't have known what to do but today I just rang CCCS who said that I didn't need to do anything so, I just filed it away:o

Not much to report really, things seem to have settled down.. hope that they have for you too

Yes I am fine thankyou I still get the regular phone call every saturday from Aqua which I ignore apart from that everything else just tiicking along.

Been reading your thread and thought I would join in (oh and ..... another one :-D ) I sent off my CCCS pack last week so waiting for the confirmation of when my first payment will be taken out by them. Have sent letters to my creditors to let them know my customer number and that I have sought advice from CCCS and that they will be in touch. So far I have paid one credit card a token payment of £1 but I still need to do the other ones. Also have to change my direct debit for my HP.

It's good to have people to talk to about it, my family know about my debts but my OH doesn't.

Good luck with the DMP you are doing the right thing, is hard to tell people the mess you are in you feel like a failure, I did tell my oh but he dosent know how much and dosent want to know.

Its the best thing I have done I dont live with credit wihich is good, I still dont seem to have much money but it is much better than what I was like before sleepless nights etc.

If you need someone to talk to just drop me a line I am in my third month now and its is ticking along quite nicely I have had I creditor refuse the DMP but hopefully they will come on board.

Thanks Jackie, just one little set back today when checking my bank my agency are paying my salary this week into my old account which will be going because I have a loan with them, have got to get that out quick tomorrow and hope they pay it into the right account from next week.

My OH doesn't understand debt so I really can't tell him about it, i feel so ashamed too.

Quite happy today, got more confirmations from creditors they have accepted the offer from the CCCS, a couple aren't playing ball but as the CCCS said, payment will be made and taken...
