benben it sounds to me as though your ex was using you to money launder doesn't it, when he sent too much and asked for it back ? Makes my blood boil to think about it

This could be looked at as a blessing seen as you seem to have no choice about the access..it would be much worse for you if he hated going and you had to force him :o

Grr to the dogs though when I know you would love one so much x

Ellidee, I've spent hours and hours going over it and tbh none of it seems to make much sense to me, and tbh I don't really want to know either, I just want nothing to do with it, its none of my business but I've just been dragged into it and to use ds maintenance money within it is beyind disgusting

Its strange, I'm a great believer in karma and have spent 5 years waiting for him to fall flat on his face, but never did I think it would be like this  And never did I think I would be dragged into it either

I have asked several people and the general consensus seems to be that as he has done nothing that would put ds at risk then I can't stop him having access. Even if he had done something risky to children then he could still have supervised access

It's a truly difficult one to deal with though and again I sympathise wholeheartedly. I once tried to explain to someone how heart wrenching it felt to hand over my DD, the most precious thing in my life to the person (her father) who had hurt me the most.

benben I hope you don't think I was implying you are guilty in any way- just thinking that HE was using your bank account, without your knowledge obviously, to launder the stolen money, when you sent some back to his 'real' account.
