Thankyou both, Mum and Dad are coming roundat about 9.30 then my sister is coming about 11 ish, we'll have birthday cake and parcels and then we're going tenpin bowling (ds favourite ) and then we're going to the Harvester for dinner, again ds choice, he loves the salad cart

Bowling and the Harvester salad cart would feature highly on my "things to do on my birthday" list too....although I'm not 100% sure that some of the stuff on the cart is good for someone professing to be on a diet..

Just had to unlurk and give my support after reading what's happened. You're doing an amazing job of bringing up your DS on your own and the police aren't silly, they'll see you're not involed.

Whilst I appreciate that the whole being arrested thing must have been scary and humiliating, look on it another way, at least you know (to a degree) what's been going on and have some advanced warning of the likely maintenance issues ahead. Forewarned is forearmed.
