On Thursday they told Mr S that his cheque has been issued and is awaiting signature. We go on holiday on Thursday. I suspect we'll see Cornwall long before we see the cheque!

Oh dear........., I do hope it will be before you go, and lucky you going to Cornwall, love it there, my sister lives in the Liskeard part.

When we used to holiday in Cornwall, it was Newquay.

Which part are you going to?

Have a fab time, and I know the money would come in handy for your holiday, but look at it another way, its money to fall back on too.;)

We're off to St Austell, camping with the kids, for 11 nights. I can't wait - we could all do with the break.

It's not that we need the money desperately, just that I'd rather have it in our bank account than leave A&L earning interest on it!

Finally, the first cheque arrived on Saturday - took nearly four weeks to get here mind you.

Awaiting a second cheque for around £1140, but not holding our breath - if it comes by the end of August we'll be happy enough.
