LIsa, I feel for you with the fish  I had mine last night and picked all the crumb off, it wasnt that nice even :(

In error I have bought the choc orange alpen lites, they are not so good either!

Was it you asking about *week dizzy ? I am on both the implanon and the depo for another week (overlap) and I cannot stop eating. I am just about managing to broadly (!) keep within syns but I have to make sure i stick to it today and carry on. Need to go to shops today to get yet more food as I seem to be going through it at a rate of knots!

    Today will be

    PIneapple, strawbs, cherries and muller

    Lunch: Egg mushrooms and beans

Dinner- chicken & mushroom lasagne made with leftover chicken, and a mushroom sauce I made with lots of mushrooms and onions and FF CF ( 1syn for the teaspoon of flour i used in it) I might have a garlic bread slice from the freezer (5syns Iceland)

HEA MIlk in my morning tea & scraping of cheese on the top of the lasagne
HEB - Alpen lites as ever!

I may save my syns for snack a jacks.

Will be shopping for more fruit, diet coke, and to take a bag of clothes that are far to big for me now ( and I wont be growing back into them) to the charity shop :j

MrsM your photos look fantastic! I might take few snaps of mine too but dont hold your breath as I tend to burn stuff :rotfl: Great idea to have the dip with crudites, ( is it wrong I have always had dips with crisps or tortilla chips :o) It looks so fantastic and YUMMMMM

Have a great slimming world day everyone! x

MrsM - your meals look soooo nice I wish I could do that too. I'd be really happy being served your food in a restaurant.

TakeitEazy & BettyB - I too have a little notebook. It helps me look back to weeks where I lost more. My 3lb loss week I will be repeating next week - fingers crossed it has the same affect.:D

Vixie_Pixie - Yes I find that the week before * I am ravenous and need to eat everything in sight! And (too much info sorry :o) I don't tend to 'go' very much either.

Consultant31 - Those pate's and dips sound yummy. I'll have to get my blending stick out! Thank you. :T

Have a good day everyone xx wish me luck with my Pommegranite (I'm a bit scared of it LOL)

morning all! WI tonight, feeling slightly nervous but also very annoyed this morning! OH picked up activia yoghurts from the shop but they're not f/f - 3 1/2 syns per pot. i'm not mad keen on yoghurt anyway, it's just a filler so won't be touching these. can think of many better ways to spend my syns. :)

just going to read back to see what everyone is up to. xx
