Thanks Mrs M, I can't wait for the book to come now then I can try new things I love Beef Stifado!!. I absoultely love reading recipe books, the problem is its a nightmare for SW. Got the Nadia Sawalha one which is middle eastern food, all amazing looking scrummy food but not many recipes that I could even try and make SW friendly, and don't even get me started on the Nigella Christmas book
I am trying to decide if the Curry Heaven book is worth buying and maybe the extra easy one too maybe I should stick to just one for now.....

its just you, Niandra (tee hee) - I agree with a group hug for Dizzy though, that way we can stop her toppling over xx
    :jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j

I have the Curry heaven book and use it a lot - the recipes are really authentic, and the onion bhajis are fab and only one syn per serving. I did a dinner party from the recipes the other week and got rave reviews.

Having a good SW world day so far - met my friend for lunch and had a mozzarella and tomato salad. Have just been to the dentist for a big filling so have V numb mouth so that's stopped me munching.

My DH has made the dynorod soup whilst I was out and it looks gorgeous - he is now scared after seeing what goes into it.:)

Yoemma - sorry to hear your news - I agree with the other poster - you need time alone to get to like/love you, then you'll be ready to dust yourself off and jump back on the horse again ( so to speak!!).

    Hey ho.

    Lesley x

    :kisses:

Is it me or is that one worse than the group hug one??:)

I hate to mention this, but someone did to me the other day and I really appreciated it. There are some syns in your menu - the soup is 4.5, the tuna filler is 1.5 per spoonful, and the cholesterol drink is 4.5, and the cheese is 3.5 per 28g, that could soon mount up.
I did this before and thought I knew best, and substituted left right and centre, and here I am back again with my cap in hand realising that they do know best!

The dynorod soup is awesome - it is just like Heinz mixed veg as you said Dizzy - very comforting. Can I put it down as a super free food? I am really enjoying the extra easy plan!

    CRISP£NOTE
Hey thanks....I was trying to log onto SW website to syn everything up there for Crisp£ but you beat me to it :T also theres really no fruit or veg in there apart from what you're going to have for your snack/treat, you need to have 1/3 fruit veg as part of what you eat.

    ForB
Yes the dynorod soup can go down as your superfree intake. Today ive only eaten superfree so far....fruit & yog for brekkie then 2 bowls of dyno rod after hosp (to finish pan and make more) plus 3 plums.....then tonight when OH gets back I'm doing HM syn free sausage with chips&beans (cos ive had well over 1/3 superfree thru the day ;)and im wanting some comfort food as im a little stressy  )

The soup is amazingly yummy aint it :p
